I had a consultation with an endocrinologist on January 10, 2025. They told me to take tests and come to the appointment again. When I asked for the cost of a second consultation, the amount of 23p was announced. After receiving the test results on Monday, January 20, I made an appointment for January 24. When recording, no one warned me that the prices had changed. When confirming the appointment on the eve of the visit, no one mentioned the price increase either.
One day after the consultation, the administrator announced the cost of 30p. When I asked why I was being targeted for a different amount, she rudely replied that prices had changed since Monday and I was warned at the time of recording, although I was not warned.
It's not the price per se, but the tone of the receptionist's voice. It was VERY RUDE. I believe that people go to PAID clinics for comfortable communication, too. Moreover, I didn't ask anything supernatural. I just clarified in a calm tone why I was previously focused on a different cost.
As a result, ONLY NEGATIVE EMOTIONS from the service for my own money.... sadly
There is no desire to apply anymore precisely because of the rude and incompetent work of the administrator!!!
