We needed a certificate for the service, and we discussed and agreed on the price of the procedure with the administrator (there was a special offer). They said I could pick up the certificate in the evening, but they called back later in the evening and said they didn't have time, so let's pick up the certificate in the morning. They didn't call back in the morning, they contacted the center at 12 o'clock, but it turns out there is no such price, there is no certificate. What was that???? If you value your time and nerves, I advise everyone to record the terms in writing (via messages) to avoid such situations.
