A wonderful hotel! It's small, but very cozy. Everything is homey. Sabina's cleaning is great. The hotel is clean. There's a glass elevator. There are always several bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, and a kettle in the room. Everything you need to have a snack. Downstairs, you can have free tea or coffee from the coffee machine at any time. Excellent breakfasts in the morning . There are sausages, boiled eggs, French fries, lots of vegetables and fruits, and a variety of fresh pastries. Thanks to Dilnose, the cafe employee, for all this.In general, the entire hotel staff is very pleasant and friendly. Muslim is an excellent manager. He will always help with any question. Wonderful people at the reception Dunya and Daniel. If you don't ask, they will always help and advise you what is best and where. We have seen a lot of hotels in Europe and Asia. This is one of the best in terms of service. The location is also very convenient. Close to all major attractions and the Marmara Sea embankment. And in general, Istanbul left a very pleasant impression. The only negative is that only Muslims are allowed into our old shrine, Al Sofia, on the ground floor. We Christians are only allowed on the second floor and for 25 euros.
Breakfasts are above all praise 🙌
The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, they will always help and solve any problem in a short time.
It is worth noting the excellent location of the hotel, and yes, very close to the metro. (1.5 minutes from home)
