I did not like the hotel from the word at all , there is zero sound insulation , you live like in a dorm everyone is settled for an hour and a week , everything is heard as if they are jumping on your head ! Terribly… the staff can't do anything, it would be possible to return the money, I wouldn't stay there for a day! The breakfast is normal, only the cleaners at this hotel are nice and helpful!!!

We booked through Otelz, but the service had problems with payment, we did not know, but despite the card details provided to the service, you need to pay on the spot at the hotel. We didn't have any cash or other cards except virtual ones. Since we arrived at night, the banks were not working to withdraw cash. The administrator Mustafa turned out to be very responsive, agreed with the management, and the hotel went to meet us - we agreed to pay in the morning when the bank opens. In general, I advise you.
