Work without haste, ready to listen to all the explanations on the haircut, calm, polite, does not make any bad impression, no rudeness, everything is at a good level. I am always polite to the masters, and Kunslu responds with politeness. But I was prompted to write a review by another master. Which, although she cut my hair well, but I left with a planted mood and an open question: "Why should I pay for being rude and spoiling my mood?" Politeness and tact are part of a hairdresser's job, and a master who does not cope with this duty, as a result, deserves no more than 2/5 marks. Although he cuts it fast, but is he rude? Maria's master (surname unknown) is rated 2/5. 2 points for a good haircut today, -3 points for disgusting service (rudeness, arrogance and malevolence). You have to be kinder. And change for the better by learning from this mistake. I sincerely wish her that. Well, let's get back to the good stuff. The interior is clean, bright, well-groomed, comfortable. I also got a haircut from Master Xenia, I have the same good opinion of her as I do of Kunslu. Ksenia is also doing a great job. I recommend it, I fully approve. Apart from these three masters, I have not yet cut my hair at the current ones, so I can't say anything about them. In general, the institution has 5 out of 5 stars, I like everything and love their work. Thank you.

At the end of March, I went to Xenia's master for coloring. I did a gorgeous coloring for a natural light brown, quickly and professionally, painted over a bright pink tonic (the most difficult element). It turned out exactly what I wanted. I recommend it to everyone
