From a good clean room, towels, room cleaning and air conditioning, close to the sea. That's it! There is a kitchen, but cooking will not work there, a tap with cold water and an electric stove with a weak two burners. There are enough dishes. The manager, Elena, is an impudent boor, she asked for 1000 rubles in a rude form for a lost key. Of course, it is easier to buy a new lock for 500 at the nearest construction store. If you have Children, you don't want to sit in the yard here. After 22:00, we will be tactlessly asked to go to bed and shut up the children, and they will say: do not like it anymore, do not come to us, we did not ask you.Opposite is their dining room, where it is expensive, not tasty and small portions. No respect for vacationers, they behave brazenly, they just didn't want to conflict and spoil their vacation. I do not recommend this place at all.

We rested in August, took a room for 4 people. The room is spacious, everything you need is there. Next to the dining room, you can have a delicious and high-quality meal. We ate only in the master's dining room, because we didn't want to experiment. We went to a couple of canteens nearby, I didn't seem to want to eat there, Danelyan is the best in the city hall) We think so. The cook in the dining room makes delicious khinkali) And the feijoa compote is a bomb! The owner and his family are quite friendly, easy-to-communicate people. It was nice talking to you. Elena the receptionist was also hospitable! The territory of the buildings is covered with fruit trees and shrubs, palm trees, swings, gazebos. Each building has a kitchen with a set of dishes and a veranda with tables! It is very convenient for those who cook themselves.

Large 4-bed room, one double bed and two single beds, balcony, thick curtains,air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle,hairdryer,toilet and shower. The linen and towels are clean, not torn. During the 9 days of rest, some of the towels were changed once, the bed linen was not changed, the room was not cleaned from the word at all.When changing towels, they swear a lot if they are at least a little dirty, you can take them wet, but you need to wash them, they will not take them with a stain.There is a kitchen: there is one sink on the large building, two barely alive hotplates, on which it is difficult to cook anything, there is a microwave.Dishes are provided. Electricity is often turned off, generators are turned on, which make terrible noise, but only the lighting is turned on, while the sockets, TV and refrigerator are not functioning. Next to the dining room, they cook quite well, but you can only eat breakfast and lunch there, for dinner there are cherished leftovers.
You can pay in cash or by transfer to a card, with a commission. Payment for the room is accepted only in cash.There is Wi-Fi, for which the owners of the hotel forget to pay, it works poorly and unstable. I think that 7,500 per day is too expensive for such conditions. To put it mildly, the relationship with the guests is not particularly warm, as if you owe them and live for free.There is no territory as such. The parking lot is crowded, the car had to be parked on the street where cows walk.
It turned out that we had to leave a day earlier, the return was only scandalous and they put a self-tapping screw under the wheel. Be vigilant and careful.The sea is not far away, and this is a big plus. The sea is clean, the beach is pebbly, the road to the beach is just trash.Enjoy your stay!

Well-maintained territory. The rooms are comfortable, TV, air conditioning,shower,toilet. Towels are changed every 3 days.There is a common area for cooking: electric stove, microwave, all necessary utensils. There is a dining room next to the hotel. The sea in 10 minutes at a slow pace.
