I've never written bad reviews, but I came across such incompetence in Lime Travel that I couldn't pass it by. Maybe for someone my review will help to avoid stress. I contacted Lime Travel on the recommendation of their responsible attitude and high professionalism. I worked with Tatiana's manager at the beginning, then I was handed over to Kristina. If there were any questions, the answer had to be expected for half a day. Kristina has made a lot of confusion in the translation of the account statement, which can find fault with the spelling of the first and last name. Although when submitting it, they said that the transfer was not needed at all. There were a few more questions, but the most important thing was that the professional manager sent me to submit documents with an invitation that was almost two months overdue. Accordingly, the documents were not accepted from me. Time (and this is 13 months) and money have been spent nowhere. Be careful!!!

И вот пришла наша очередь открыть визы, обратились в агенство и очень остались довольны: все девочки в офисе приятные, милые,доброжелательные, четко всё объяснили, посоветовали что и как лучше. При сборе документов возникли проблемы, и мы не смогли податься в ВЦ в тот день,на который были записаны,но нас успакоили и без проблем перезаписали на другой день. Очень давольны сервисом, помощью и наш агент Анастасия, всегда была на связи, поддерживала и успакаивала и вот заветный Шенген у нас в паспортах! Всем знакомым теперь только их рекомендую.
Два раза обращалась в данное агентство и каждый раз всё было замечательно. Специалисты отвечали вовремя и подсказывали как сделать лучше. Как итог, с визами в паспорте и счастливая)
И это одно из немногих агентств, где действительно говорят правду, а не вешают лапшу, что каждому смогут сделать визу на несколько дет в чистый паспорт))
Советую их каждому, кто спрашивает как это мне так быстро сделали визу.
Первую визу мне делала специалист Екатерина. Во второй раз Татьяна. Благодарна каждой из них. и даже давали некоторые документы с запасом (мало ли спросят)

In principle, there are no questions about work, the only thing is that at some moments when you urgently need to know any answer, it is impossible to get through to the manager. 2 Spanish visas were applied for, the entire package of documents was provided, as well as reservations, etc. But the bottom line is that this is only a reservation, and as they explained to me later in another organization, we need paid tickets and a hotel. Accordingly, a refusal came: refusal of a visa, lack of justification for stay. Time and money to nowhere👍

Все четко и по делу. Без воды, лишних слов и т.д. Долго слушала/читала посты, истории в Инстаграмме, выбирая для себя то, что подходит мне. Все как-то не решалась. Запрос был на туризм и на максимально возможный длинный срок. Результат - 2-хлетний итальянский туризм. Спасибо менеджеру Татьяне. I went to read the comments here after 3 months of waiting - I don't know, maybe it's really the lack of windows for submitting Polish by invitation, but when managers don't respond at all + comments, you realize that money and time are wasted ...:(
