A good hotel with its pros and cons. I've been in it for a long time, but I remember everything perfectly. The rooms are standard for Cyprus, not too big, but you can live. Everything is clean and cozy. The room was new. The food is average, but there is everything near the hotel - from McDonald's to very good cafes. The territory of the hotel is minimal, you can say there is none. But it was still enough.

We had a rest in early May 2021. Cozy, modern hotel, European 4*. I love first-line hotels. I really liked it. Excellent location, the sea is nearby (1-2 min), a supermarket across the street, there is a place to walk, the embankment on one side and the center on the other side. All rooms overlook the sea, you can not hear the noise of cars. We had a room with a view of the sea and the port, the view is amazing. Drink coffee on the balcony every morning and admire the view. The room is cleaned daily. The room has a free safe, mini-bar, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, tea, coffee, etc. everything you need. The restaurant is gorgeous, almost on the shore. It's so nice to have breakfast in the morning and have dinner in the evening under palm trees and sea views. The kitchen is good, for dinner a variety of dishes, salads, cheese, desserts, fruits are sooo delicious watermelon and melon daily. Beautiful serving of dishes and cocktails. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the administrator Kristina, who greeted us with a smile from the doorstep, told us everything about all the restrictions, permissions and throughout the rest responded to any request, gave advice on local attractions. The weather for the beginning of May is just wonderful +23+25, it feels like +30, the sea is good, we swam. If I go again, I will definitely go to this hotel. We thank all the hotel staff for their hospitality, comfort and warm atmosphere.

We had a rest in a large company from 17.10.21 to 24.10.21. The impressions are great! The hotel is wonderful! The kitchen is beyond praise! The staff is polite and friendly. Everything was great for us, we were flying to rest-we had a great rest! The location is probably the best of all the hotels in Ayia Napa. There is a blue lagoon nearby - we went swimming there every day, the water is luxurious, emerald-colored, stunningly transparent! Limanaki-THANKS for the rest!!!

The hotel is from the "value for money" category. Category 4* is more likely due to its convenient location. The very center, but the rooms are quiet, because none of the rooms face the roadway. The port and the beach are nearby. We were located by the pool (clean and regularly serviced by staff), went swimming on the beach. The rooms are good, except for literally a few (an unfortunate view from the room, or uncomfortable balconies, or a smaller room area). First, they provided a room with a view of the roof of the restaurant annex and a side sea view, with an uncomfortable balcony (when paying for a room with a sea view). But a day later they were replaced with a very nice room with a huge loggia (without an unofficial surcharge, which the Turks love so much, just on request). The half-board restaurant was not pleased. You won't stay hungry, but you won't get any gastronomic pleasure either. At the same time, it works on the map for everyone, I cannot comment on this side. There is practically no internal territory at the hotel, there is a swimming pool and sun beds around - that's the whole territory. But for us it was unimportant.

We had a rest in early September 2021.
We chose the hotel based on good reviews.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, a solid three.
The breakfasts are very meager. On the 5th day of rest, I did not want to go to breakfast at all (the same thing, and not very tasty), but you will not stay hungry, you can clog your stomach, but it is not tasty.
The pool is normal.
The location is good, all the most interesting things can be said nearby.
In general, the hotel is a solid three. Do not expect 4. Accessories such as a toothbrush and toothpaste are provided.
But in terms of cups (disposable), slippers could organize such moments.

We had a rest in October. The price is above average. This is explained by the situation.
There are many minor disadvantages - check-in, sockets, lack of beach towels, slippers, water bottles only upon check-in, drinks are paid, one outlet, an adapter secured by 2€, there is no territory, animation.
Advantages: location, view from the window, large terrace, modern rooms, good cleaning.
Check-in was at 14, we arrived at 10-30. As a result, we settled in only on principle at 14-05, while no one else was waiting for us to check in, the hall was empty. The smiling staff was absent - apparently the end of the season.
The room is on the third floor. All rooms have a sea view. Spacious terrace, welcome 0.35 tablespoons of wine. 2 bottles of water - they are not added daily. There is only one outlet! You need to ask for an adapter at the reception - a deposit of 2€.
Cleaned daily. Good.
Breakfast.The buffet starts at 7 a.m. Varied but standard breakfast dishes. Everything is cooked delicious. Natural coffee from the coffee machine. View of the marina and marina.
Supper.The buffet. Drinks are paid - coffee 2-5 € Beer from 4€, wine from 10 €. In addition to visitors, all interested guests are served. We were advised not to sit in good seats near the embankment - "this is for guests who pay separately and eat according to the menu." But the waiters were polite, helped with drinks.
They cook delicious. There is meat, fish, salads. I liked the desserts. Not such a large selection, but everything is high-quality and delicious.
There are no beach towels. There is practically no territory of its own. There is no animation.
Location
The beach starts 50 meters away. The long braid is about. Sun beds are paid 2.5 €. Umbrella is also 2.5€.
Close to the center of party life, but at the same time and in the distance - 10-15 minutes on foot.
Audibility
On Friday, it's a little noisy until 12 a.m. because of the live music in the restaurant.
Swimming pool
Usually no more than 3 people swam at the same time. Mostly 1-2. The temperature is 23 degrees.
Anti-covid measures
Masks are required for breakfast and dinner.
There is a children's pool.
