A wonderful hotel in a beautiful city , with the atmosphere of the Soviet Union. Wonderful location . The guys at the hotel work great. They will come to the rescue in any way they can. We organized a transfer to the airport when something went wrong with the car at the receiving company. They prevented the airbus from leaving without us. They are very sincere and hospitable. Choh sagol arkadashlar. Gerstyurak.
We stayed at this hotel from December 29, 2024 to January 03, 2025. The only advantage of the hotel is its location. I gave him a star. The rest is horror. If you are ready to live in an old pioneer camp for bad children abandoned by the owners, then feel free to go there! Disgusting breakfast (slices of cucumber, tomato and apple, boiled or fried egg and two slices of bread and butter) daily, old furniture falling apart, mattresses with springs in the back (everything still hurts after sleeping on them), insects, the smell of sewage, complete lack of cleaning and so on, so on, so on.
Wonderful location, friendly receptionist and "chef". I have not found any positive characteristics in more than 4 days.
Uncomfortable rooms (sagging mattresses with protruding springs, battered plumbing, ... in general, from the lock of the front door to the balcony). It's dirty. Furniture collected from different locations. You have to ask for water, they give you water. I met a mustachioed insect. Breakfast in the photo, only the cooking method of the egg has changed.
The Estuary hotel is generally not bad , friendly staff , excellent location , beautiful view from the window . But ... there is one but ... very , very noisy out of 8 nights I didn 't sleep a single one , I got a room near the reception , the staff talks very loudly all night , stomp like elephants . I made comments several times . Then there were night check-ins, all this is very loud, on the one hand the road on the other reception. If you suddenly find yourself in this hotel, take the rooms away, they are quieter .
A huge plus is the location, there is a metro station under the windows, a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, 10 minutes to the embankment. The hotel itself is more like a hostel, all the amenities are in the room. The guys at the reception understand Russian, some even speak it well, they always help if you contact them.
The hotel positions itself as a 4*. In fact, I wouldn't give one. Apart from the excellent location, there are no advantages. Located on the 5th floor of an office building. One flight at the bottom and a flight at the top with things will have to walk. There is an elevator between 2-4 floors. Reception in the corridor, waiting areas, if you have an early check-in/ late check-out. There is a double sofa in the corridor, by which everyone walks, you can iron clothes on your head, there are washing machines, a guest bathroom with a non-closing door and a cat tray, without toilet paper… As for the numbers. High ceilings and, accordingly, doors, glass above the door through which light falls into the room, regardless of the time of day. There is no sound insulation. The door is locked with a key. The bathroom is dirty, the shower stall with mold and fungus, the shelf in the shower is rusty, there is nowhere to put a toothbrush. The room has parquet with black spots, curtains on the windows, torn, and tulle with dirty streaks. There is a microwave, but no refrigerator. Mattress on the bed with protruding springs. Bed linen and towels with stains. The room is not cleaned, the garbage is not taken out, only if you ask and then not immediately…The staff seems to be friendly, but they are in no hurry to fulfill the requests of the residents. A separate topic: breakfast. Served in the room, on a large plate. A piece of scrambled eggs, a piece of sausage (at the end of our stay, the sausages ran out))) a spoonful of cottage cheese, a spoonful of jam, a few olives, a piece of cucumber and tomato, a piece of butter and more cheese ... right there on the plate is a tea bag, sugar and appliances wrapped in a napkin. Every day. It's the same thing. To the room…I booked a hotel through a travel agency, bought a 4*. I didn't even imagine that such a thing was even possible! We have been to Egypt, Turkey, and the UAE, where the "stardom" sometimes does not correspond, but I would not advise anyone to do this."relax" in this hotel.

Every day. It's the same thing. And one day a hair was found in the plate! Do you think they apologized to us and changed our breakfast? ALAS! No one admitted their mistake and no one asked for an apology! They also threatened us that they would complain to our welcoming company!. I will not advise anyone."relax" in this hotel. Hide
