A magnificent hotel. I liked everything: location, architecture and design, rooms, pools, beach, food, staff, cleaning.
Very diverse and high-quality food. It is easier to write what was missing: black and red caviar, lobsters, oysters, mussels. And there were a lot of delicious snacks, salads, vegetables, herbs, several types of fish, meat, chicken, all kinds of side dishes, fruits, desserts. Desserts are a separate topic, a huge selection, everything is very tasty and intricate. During the day, you can eat non-stop at different points. Fruits are also freely available, and very tasty, juicy peaches, pears, plums, apples, melons, watermelons, bananas, grapes, in general, according to the season (we were at the end of September, and before that we were in June, and strawberries were also very tasty). I am writing about nutrition in detail, because this is a really important point, it is not necessary to eat everything and a lot, but it is important that the food on vacation is at a high level. That's exactly how it is here. Everything is always fresh and cooked the most delicious. Only buckwheat (liquid in water) and milk porridge (solid rice floats in milk) are cooked incorrectly. The rest is just great. Delicious white wine. I've seen a lot of cocktails people drink, I can't say anything, I haven't tried it. Delicious hot chocolate in the lobby bar. In some bars, Turkish coffee is brewed, somewhere only from coffee machines. There are a lot of bars. There are many different quiet, lovely corners where you can sit quietly in a pleasant atmosphere. In general, every corner is well maintained. Everything is beautiful. There are a lot of cats on the territory, all clean, well-fed, beautiful, they are watched by a veterinarian. The pools are wonderful, clean, the water slides are very cool, even adults enjoy riding. The beach is sandy, clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. There is a playground for children on the beach. There is a large wonderful pier where you can relax and sunbathe and swim. There is also a bar on the pier. There is a mini club, the child played there several times, liked it.
The attitude towards all the guests is very friendly. The guests from all countries are, for the most part, decent, well-mannered. But there are also noisy ones, of course (but this is not a claim to the hotel).
Special thanks to Valeria at the reception, she works very professionally. But in general, all the reception staff are great, any issue is solved with lightning speed.
Cleaning is also respected, good cleaning every day. On the days when the do not disturb sign was hanging, they always called on the phone, asking if everything was OK and if something was needed.

The rooms are small, but clean, cozy, everything works.

The beach is the first line - sand, a little bit of pebbles. The entrance to the water is not very smooth, but it does not break into the pool either. Your pier is gorgeous!

A great hotel, vacationed at the end of May 2024 with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The staff is friendly, unobtrusive, consider all wishes. Nice hotel. We had a rest at the end of October 24. The sea is still warm, and so is the weather. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. It's always good to rest! The hotel is fresh, the food is good, there are few Russian-speaking staff, the inconvenient working hours of the children's mini club: from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17. There are a lot of things, there is a whole standard set of activities, but everything needs to be "mined" yourself! The principle of non-intrusiveness almost corresponds to our unobtrusive service! Water, ice cream, cocktails / everything is there, but you need to go after them! There are a lot of cats and crows - both of them quietly steal food in restaurants. It's really boring, it's very good for sunbathing / swimming! And there is no good coffee from the word at ALL!!!

Well, let's go on , the hotel is clearly not for Russian-speaking people. We lived in building 3 , the building was tired, we did cleaning every day, but for visibility . The towels are so terrible , everything is stained, the bathrobes are the same. You won 't get any napkins in the dining room until you beg for them . Of course, plates are a separate story , as are glasses , it is not pleasant to eat from them . And when cockroaches crawl at dinner, the desire for food disappears completely . There's definitely nothing to do here the second time. There have been many times in Belek, but the hotel does not pull at all for its 5 stars, 3.5 maximum.
We had a rest in early June 2024. The hotel itself is beautiful, large territory, lots of pools, good room service. But an unpleasant incident happened to us. We rented a separate bungalow near the sea, for € 60 per day, because there are a lot of people by the pool, children are screaming, restless. We liked everything the first day and decided to repeat it. The next day, we were bitten by some insects that were in the pillows and in the sheets. We contacted the manager, he videotaped everything and left. After contacting the reception to get the money back or make a discount on the next day of the rental, there was a refusal. They only brought us unripe fruits to the room. This attitude is very unpleasant, especially since this is a decent 5-star hotel. The food is good, but the fish are few and tasteless cooked. Also, I do not advise you to go shopping for free, which is offered by the guide. There is deception all around, you will waste the day in vain. It is better to go on excursions, only with Anix, it is very expensive!

The hotel is beautiful, compact, very cozy and well maintained! What immediately catches your eye is the friendly staff of the hotel. All employees, no matter what position they hold, without exception, are happy to see you and try to make your vacation pleasant. Valeria, the receptionist, Albina, the guest relations employee, will always help you in solving your requests. I would especially like to say about the food at the hotel, such a high quality of dishes, a huge variety, a selection of drinks and fast service. The cleanliness of the hotel and the territory is another wonderful side of the holiday. The staff does their best for an excellent stay.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024 with the children! I especially want to tell you about sports activities and express my great gratitude to coach Svetlana for my slimmed-down figure, despite the rich buffet, a lot of snack bars! I recommend to attend yoga classes (10.00) and tabata (16.00). Classes are easy, without overloads!

We rested at the hotel from 27 to 06.06.24. I'll start with the fact that we arrived at the hotel at 4 in the morning, we were kindly escorted to the dining room for a snack, there were no rooms available (well, so they said) and we were provided with a "rest room" room with 4 beds (number of people) and all necessary to "live until morning" and check into the room. The hotel is ideal for a family holiday, relaxing time. Before leaving, I read reviews that the main contingent is Europeans, but I mostly heard Russian speech. I did not experience any difficulties in communicating with the staff in Russian. But when my daughter was communicating in Spanish, the portion of ice cream should be increased from one ball to three (I don't know, it may be a coincidence).
The food in the main restaurant is quite varied, meat, fish, pasta, pasta, mashed potatoes, buckwheat. Not bad soups. There is a separate children's table (around the corner), there is chicken soup very similar to ours.
We visited 2 Ala-maps (fish by the beach and Asian) well, what can I say, it's not worth it from the word at all.
The pools are clean, the entrance to the sea is good.
We lived in the 3rd building on the 1st floor, there was enough space for everyone (2 adults + 2 children), we didn't worry about cleaning, the girl came every day, but we let her clean up 3 times, mostly we changed towels and gave away the garbage.
Alcohol is a good beer and a pretty good margarita. They took strong drinks with them.
(In the bar near the third building, Coca-Cola and everything else are poured from bottles, not at all like through a hose in the rest).
In general, the hotel cost 200 thousand for 10 days, probably this is a normal price, but it is clearly not worth more.
Это не настоящие пять звёзд. Второй раз мы сюда не вернёмся, здесь большие проблемы с сервисом, 12 ночей нам обошлись в 380'000 рублей на четверых - отель не стоит своих денег:
1. Сразу как заселились обнаружили, что не работает кондиционер (дует, но не охлаждает). Тут же сообщили на ресепшен - те обещали прислать техника, но за 2 для так никто и не пришел. Все 2 дня мы бомбили ресепшен и guest relations этой проблемой - в итоге нам сказали, что будут менять номер, но свободных сейчас нет. Мы попросили дать нам family room за доплату, но со скидкой - в итоге доплатили 350 евро за 10 ночей в двухкомнатном номере с видом на море (не скажу, что дёшево, тем более у нас изначально был DeLuxe, но официальная цена за такой номер якобы 750 евро) - там было чуть получше, но когда на улице +30 - в номере все равно душно, повезло, что в двухкомнатном номере дополнительно был независимый настенный кондиционер - им и спасались.
2. Центральное кондиционирование - это отдельная песня. У вас в номере есть "крутилки" кондиционера с цифрами, но они ничего не значат, т.к. минимальная температура ограничивается центральной системой и в итоге температура в номере не опускается ниже 24-25 (проверил термометром в ручных часах, которые лежали на тумбочке всю ночь).
3. Уже в первую ночь, радость от sea view и второй комнаты была омрачена звуками дискотеки, которые проходят здесь ежедневно до 01:00. Окна нашего family номера выходили как раз на амфитеатр - весьма странное решение для семейного номера. Балконные двери закрываются не герметично - через щели тянет сквозняк, потому и звукоизоляция тоже слабая. Бывает, что музыка качает даже в дневные часы - детям сложно заснуть. Кстати, когда вдруг в самом отеле дискотека закачивается рано, то это слихвой компенсирует дискотека соседнего отеля Pine Beach - эффект полного присутствия для жителей номеров с окнами на море обеспечен.
4. Бумажные салфетки - с ними проблема! Их нет ни в номере, ни в ресторанах. Вытирать руки предлагается х/б салфетками, которыми сервирован стол, либо каждый раз просить официантов их принести. Их приносят буквально по счету - 1-3 штуки на семью из 4 человек: когда ты с маленькими детьми - это сильно напрягает, да мы и сами не привыкли вытирать руки и рот х/б полотенцами. Спрашивали почему салфеток нет в номере, нам ответили, что "не предполагается". При этом в некоторых снэк-барах на столах стоят большие диспенсеры с салфетками (но про снэк-бары будет ниже).
5. Официанты: мало кто из них говорит по-русски и еще меньше тех, кто понимает английский. Слова "салфетка/tissue/napkin" в 2 случаях из 3 вызывают ступор, так же как и "straw"(коктейльная трубочка ). Приходится объясняться буквально на пальцах (есть те кто понимает хорошо, но их меньшинство).
6. Детских площадок нет вообще (даже в детском клубе). На пляже есть маленькая горка для малышей и 2 качели - всё. Справедливости ради стоит отметить, что есть небольшой комплекс в бассейне с водными горками для детей, но это больше для тех кому от 5 лет - иначе с родителями. Ну и опять же, бассейн всё-таки не детская площадка.
7. Расписание работы детского клуба, мягко говоря, необычное: с 10:00 до 12:00 и с 14:00 до 17:00. С учётом того, что дети, которым нужна анимация, обычно спят с 13 до 15, а потом полдничают - не понятно зачем вообще такой детский клуб. Детские вечерние дискотеки все однообразные: одни и те же песни каждый день в том же порядке, с одинаковыми танцами.
8. Анимация в отеле, в целом, очень слабая. На пляже она отсутствует как класс: нет аквааэробики, никто не собирает людей играть в волейбол (лежит ободранный волейбольный мяч), не проводит никаких конкурсов, у СОСЕДЕЙ с этим все в порядке - и сбор команд на волейбол, и командные гонки на драконах (длинные каноэ), и куча других конкурсов, про которые они сообщают в громкоговорители. У бассейна конкурсы для пенсионеров: дартс и перетягивание надувных матрасов в бассейне. В подвале основного корпуса есть боулинг, бильярд и игровые автоматы - всё за отдельные и немалые деньги. Ситуацию немного скрашивают выступления Limak Show Group, которые проводят костюмированные вечерние представления на тему различных поп-исполнителей (Мадонна, Queen, Диско 80х), но это чуть меньше часа вечером и то не каждый день, да и откровенно не всем зайдет.
9. Расписание работы снэк-баров такое же странное: с 12:00 до 17:00 (а то и до 15:30). При этом основной обед идёт с 12:30 до 14:30, а ужин начинается в 18:45, то что-то перекусить хочется как раз в районе 17:00 когда ВСЕ снэк-бары закрыты и дети остаются без полдника. Кстати, ночная смена в основном ресторане начинается в 23:00 и идёт до 02:00, но с 21:30 до 23:00 перекусить вообще негде (нам было не актуально, т.к. были с детьми, но все же). Завтрак в основном ресторане заканчивается в 10:30 - для тех кто любит поспать новость так себе.
10. Бары на пляже не делают коктейли: хочешь мохито - иди ещё 100 метров в глубь территории, поднимайся на второй уровень по лестнице к бассейнам и потом обратно. Бар на пирсе вообще разливает только пиво и вино. Весь алкоголь в основном местный, хотя есть и Red Label например, но его льют обычно по запросу.
11. На протяжении 12 дней ассортимент еды был одинаковый: никаких специальных блюд или каких-то кулинарных дней. Никогда не было креветок или раков (хотя реклама в снэк-баре гласит, что всего за 7 евро в можете заказать порцию жареных креветок), не было красной солёной рыбы (из красной рыбы ДВА раз была форель на гриле и все - остальное это сельдь или сибас). Практически отсутствуют мясные нарезки. Витрина с кондитеркой большая, но бестолковая: большинство изделий одинаково невкусные - просто приторно сладкие, без каких-либо вкусовых оттенков, но с большим количеством крема или сиропа
12. Продолжая тему с едой: расположение блюд в ресторане постоянно меняют, т.е. картофельное пюре, рис или спагетти может оказаться в трёх разных углах зала (не одновременно, а сегодня здесь, завтра - там). Это невероятно раздражает. Те же фрукты утром лежат в одном месте, а в обед и ужин их убирают в другое, одни и те же овощи в салатном баре постоянно куда-то кочуют, вместе с соусами и маслами. Не меняется только расположение блюд на гриле, т.к. мангал никто не двигает))) Видимо, такая задумка чтобы создать иллюзию разнообразия.
13. Фрукты: бананов в выкладке нет! Из фруктов только яблоки, груши, "дубовые" нектарины и абрикосы, мандарины и арбуз. Из ягод за 2 недели мы только один раз видели клубнику - очередь была как в Мавзолей. При этом, бананы можно попросить у официантов и они принесут с кухни (правда зелёные) - с чем связан дефицит бананов мы так и не поняли, почему нельзя заказать нормальные бананы, если местные ещё не созрели?
14. Рядом с отелем нет никакой инфраструктуры (нет аптек, магазинов, рынков и т.д.). Сам отель расположен далеко от основной междугородней магистрали D400 - добраться куда-либо самостоятельно очень проблематично. Такси до Манавгата стоит $60 (это 30 км) - даже в Москве таких цен нет. Раз в 30 минут ходит автобус до Белека (городской), но там делать вообще нечего - деревня.
15. В последний день мы попросили организовать поздний выезд из номера, т.к. автобус в аэропорт у нас был в 16:00. Наш номер оказался свободным и дополнительные 4 часа нам любезно предложили за 65 евро, нас не устроила сумма и мы попросили скидку, но нам отказали, сославшись на то, что уже предоставляли нам скидку на номер. Т.е. мы попросили переселить нас за доплату в улучшенный номер, но с работающим кондиционером и нам же подают это как великое благо, хотя по сути решили свою проблему с неработающим кондиционером за наш счёт. Guest relations развели руками . При этом в отеле нет никаких тихих зон или специальных комнат, где гости могли бы дождаться трансфера, отдохнуть и сходить в душ/туалет. Опять же, наш опыт отдыха в 5* показывает, что в отелях такого уровня обычно присутсвуют домики или комнаты для тех кто ждёт заселения или наоборот - выезда. Здесь ничего подобного не предусмотрено: найти на территории тихое место для того чтобы отдохнуть и уложить детей невозможно, да ещё и с учётом того, что ограничений на курение практически нет - кругом курящие люди, везде дым от сигарет.
Есть ещё куча мелочей, которые нет смысла описывать, но которые портят общее впечатление об отеле. Может показаться, что мы придираемся (дескать для нас жемчуг мелкий), но, как говорится, "все познается в сравнении". Мы были в другом отеле 5* в октябре 2023 аналогичного ценового сегмента в Белеке и сравнивали в первую очередь с ним. Одновременно с нами в мае 2024 отдыхали наши друзья с детьми в отеле в Окуркаларе и они нам слали бесконечные фото детских площадок, аттракционов, снек-баров и боулинга, которые работают 24/7 и это все включено в стоимость номера. При этом, 10 ночей в двухкомнатном номере обошлись им на 500 евро дешевле (первая линия). Из чего мы делаем выводы, что за потраченные нами почти 4'000 евро можно было получить куда лучший сервис в 2024 году. Если для вас это первая 5ка, то может показаться, что сервис на высоте, но поверьте это не так - конкуренты выше Атлантиса на голову в этом ценовом сегменте.
Плюсы:
1. Пляж разделен на зоны для курения и свободные от курения: слева от входа можно курить, справа - запрещено, висят соответствующие таблички. Учитывая количество курящих немцев, очень удобно (народ все равно курит, но хоть замечания можно делать, ссылаясь на таблички)
2. Уличные зоны основного ресторана также разделены на зоны, НО ранним утром для того, чтобы обеспечить равномерную загрузку столиков, зона свободная от курения закрыта, и нам приходилось либо сидеть в помещении, либо мириться с тем, что большинство гостей предпочитает на завтрак в том числе и сигареты.
3. Пляж чистый, песчаный, вход пологий. Между шезлонгами стоят мини-урны, которые регулярно вычищают.
4. Территория отеля вся зелёная: много деревьев, кустов и газонов, но не увидели ничего цветущего - все только зелёное. В соседних отелях уже все в цветах в это время.
5. Номера убирают каждый день без запроса - в номерах даже нет карточек "Please make up my room". Правда именно уборка хромает - за 2 недели в номере никто ни разу не пылесосил и мелкий мусор просто размазывали шваброй по углам.
6. Номерной фонд хоть и не новый, но в целом достойный: номера светлые и просторные, однако, через 2-3 сезона потребуется реновация.

There is enough room in the room for three people. Everything is fine with the food, in our opinion it is diverse, delicious, all the usual food for the "fives" is there, several types of meat, 2 types of fish always (but there are no shrimp, salted red fish), there are no problems with fruits, danone cocktails in the children's part of the restaurant, milk in packages, buckwheat with milk. Imported alcohol is available in the bar of the main building. A good restaurant by the pool - there is also enough food for lunch there. There is a bar on the beach with burgers, fries, etc. Nice pier. The animation is normal, there are enough activities. There are no problems with cleaning or a minibar. There are many pools. Everything is clean. But we are at sea, there are plenty of free sunbeds. The sea is warm and clean. The contingent is diverse - Russians, Germans, British, Poles, etc. From the hotel to Belek, a minibus for $ 1 or a taxi for 10. There are shops in the hotel - you can buy everything you need on the spot (Gazprombank Unionpay cards work both in shops and on the beach, where water sports are available). Overall, a comfortable, calm hotel. It's full now, but it doesn't feel like there are no queues.
Good day to all! We had a rest from May 30 to June 13. The hotel is for 4 but no more. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. We were settled in the 3rd building at 12:00. The next day they asked to move to the first one. From the third, it is far to go to the sea, what to eat. They said that everything was busy, so they came the next day. When we arrived the next day, we were offered to look at the 3rd floor of the 1st building. After watching it, we moved! Many thanks and respect for fulfilling our request. Big 5!!! The rooms in the hotel are tired and require partial "renovation". There is no cleaning, only tips were taken and the sheets were sent! Pools- yes, there are 5 words!! The water is always clean! The filtration system is working at the proper level. And there are many pools: one is a copper 1-2 buildings with water slides (more for children under -9 years old) and not just a square. It looks like a river with channels (2 photos from the 3rd floor). Food! There were strawberries 3 times in 14 days and they were quickly disassembled. Unfortunately, an employee engaged in supply or control pays little attention to quality and for this reason a lot of rotten fruits come across. Watermelons every day- here, if you're lucky, you may come across sweet ones and not so much. Plums, melons, apples, apricots, pears, peaches, cherry plums are fruits. The first dishes in traditional Turkish cuisine are ground in mashed potatoes. But everything is delicious - not counting the spicy ones! For breakfast, the most delicious thing for me was rice porridge with milk and honey. Omelet with fillers optional! It is not possible to drink juices, it is a vigorous chemistry. It is only possible to drink coffee on the 1st floor not far from the reception. The sweets are blood-based and identical. Don't be afraid of flies at all. No more than 3 meals! Sun beds (in some hotels this is a whole problem with their lack of grip) are everywhere where it is possible to install - on the beach, near pools, under palm trees, on the pier. Of course, the smart guys throw towels, but they themselves do not appear, even though they have never been without a sunbed. The entrance from the sea is excellent (beach) - sand. It was only after the storm that some rocks were thrown. The staff is friendly, but- learn English if you don't know it. There are not many Russian speakers. At 21 :00, the performance of the "artists" is sometimes very, very worthy! The presenter is on 5! Lights up to the fullest! There is something for children, but as in almost all hotels in Turkey for 3-4. We had a rest for 3 people. My daughter arrived for 4 days, and we moved her into our room. Despite the fact that the standard rooms are very small, an extra bed was placed. For 4 days with check-in at the hotel, they modestly charged 600 €. I don't know about anyone, but I don't think it's decent at all! Probably enough. As a result: The hotel is not bad, especially for those who will go to Turkey for the first time and not pay attention to what they described. But next summer we will definitely choose another hotel where the quality matches the price. And again! If you have a child, do not spare money and go to Belek a Park of Legends. Wow, it's worth it! Have a good rest!!!

We came to celebrate my birthday, and I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the hotel for my holiday. Strong management is felt in everything, excellent service, friendly staff, always ready to help. The hotel left us with only positive impressions! From the very moment of arrival, we felt a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which created ideal conditions for relaxation. The variety of dishes in restaurants is amazing: every day you can discover something new and delicious!
The territory of the hotel is simply huge and cozy – there are many pools and bars where you can enjoy refreshing drinks throughout the day. The entertainment programs were especially impressive: foam parties, exciting shows and exciting children's entertainment, which makes it an ideal place for a family vacation.
The location is also prudently chosen – it is convenient to get to the city center by bus, which opens up additional opportunities to explore the local culture. The staff speaks English, which is not a problem).
I can't help but mention the spa treatments that have added sophistication and relaxation to our rest. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation! We recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for comfort and fun!

- номера чистые просторные, большие, балкон тоже большой, на двоих места более чем достаточно
- на территории можно курить! Как, кстати, и на балконе в номере, это не может не радовать курильщиков)
- территория отеля чистая большая, есть теннисный корт, несколько бассейнов на любой вкус, цвет и возраст, несколько баров и ресторанов, которые могут обеспечить вас едой и напитками 24/7, танцпол тоже есть, каждый вечер у прилегающей территории проходят тематические вечеринки, на пляже ребята играют в волейбол, можно даже поиграть в видеоигры (платно), есть бесплатный спа (сауна, хамам, крытый бассейн), там же можно сделать массаж (платно) - я не делала, но маме он очень понравился.
- пляж как пляж, я не плаваю в море, предпочитаю бассейны, поэтому судить тяжело. Сначала идет песок, потом камни, снова песок, снова камни - кто-то любит такой массаж. На пирсе есть отдельный бар и лежаки, там вода чище, нет детей. Для компании можно отдельно арендовать бунгало (вас отдельно будут обслуживать, там же есть мини-бар, лежаки и все такое)
- еда и напитки: все очень вкусно)) Коктейли топовые, хоть и выбор этих коктейлей весьма ограничен, еда вкусная, мы объедались каждый день! Единственное - завтрак ужасен) Хотя кому как, но мы его пропускали, потому что нам там тупо нечего было есть, но зато какой там обед и ужин! Мясо достаточно вкусное, ели его как не в себя))
Один раз были в ресторане а ля карт: неплохо, но шведский стол на обеде/ужине показался вкуснее, идти туда повторно как-то уже не хотелось.

We have been to many hotels in Belek. It has a VERY small area and almost everything is tiled. Like a stone jungle))The upper pools have nothing to breathe at all. The food is normal, the cocktails are not very good. We drank wine and beer. The animation is weak. And the imported artists are generally boring.

Детский клуб очень понравился детям. Особенно им понравилось начинание сотрудников клуба на открытие во вне рабочие часы. У родителей рядом вечерняя дискотека ;), а детям не приходится сидеть за столом или идти спать в номер....
Как один из бонусов в отеле проводят занятия йогой. Их ведёт замечательный тренер Светлана. Прекрасные тренировки для всех уровней подготовки. Время и место проведения очень удобное, по крайней мере для меня. На поляне, в тени больших деревьев, в 10:30 утра! Очень приятно что не нужно сломя голову нестись на завтрак чтобы успеть на тренировку).
В отеле много тихих уголков, где можно спокойно выпить кофе)

The food is delicious, there are no delicacies. Meat, fish, poultry - it's all there, but nothing more. Don't expect basins with caviar and shrimp, as in some neighboring hotels.
The service is the same - no one will smile much. There are no standards of service, but it is impossible to say that something does not work. The numbers are not strong, but they are tired. I took a two-storey family, comfortable and large - 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies.
There is, as in real "deluxe", WhatsApp assistant, but it is of no use, it also helps - it simply sends you to a place where you can be told something.
In general, if you are not particularly pretentious, it will do. Of course, it's not a good idea to come here a second time.
But, and I will definitely say that it's not bad here.

Отель очень понравился, большая зелёная территория, все продумано до мелочей, современный стиль, внимательный персонал. Разнообразная еда и напитки. Весёлые развлекательные программы. Для детей раздолье, родители отдыхают. Хорошо работает вайфай, много иностранцев. Море чистое, пляж песок, пирс просто шикарный. Теперь это наш любимый отель.
Замечательный отель, территория не большая, но при этом нет ощущения толпы!большое количество бассейнов, лежаком много! Отличные номера, убираются каждый день, много персонала которые всегда готовы прийти на помощь! Очень понравилась девушка на ресепшен Валерия, умничка, всегда во внимании к каждому гостю, очень оперативно разруливала! Что там говорить , все работники очень внимательны! Ездили в троем, муж, я и сынок ( у него РАС) к его «приколам» все были крайне терпимы! Еда выше всяких похвал всего более чем достаточно на вкус и цвет! Вообщем советую особенно семьям с детьми! We had a rest in early April 2024. We decided on the room quickly (there were four of us, 2 adults and children of 12 and 14 years old), they settled in at 11:00. The restaurant had everything, both meat and fish. The temperature in the pool was 23 degrees, but we swam, it was invigorating)).
