My favorite bar, and the atmosphere and the people and the staff and the size and cocktails and non-alcoholic beer and DJs are all cool and tasteful, not a bar, but a dream! Located on the 8th floor, the terrace offers a magnificent view of the city...It's a pity I ended my wild life!🤣🤣🤣

We visited the Lilou bar on September 26 at 23:00, and, unfortunately, our experience left a very unpleasant impression. To begin with, the hostess was extremely incompetent, the lack of customer focus was obvious from the very beginning.
We decided to spend time at the bar and order a hookah. However, the hookah appeared almost half an hour later, which already violated our comfort. After that, we were informed that smoking hookah at the bar is prohibited due to the effect on the "aromatics", which raised questions. After all, at the same time, a DJ was calmly smoking a hookah, who, apparently, was too passionate about his phone, instead of somehow influencing the atmosphere of the institution.
In addition to everything else, the fetid smell of the icos' phical masses, spreading throughout the establishment, added unpleasant sensations. We hoped that the hookah would be able to neutralize this fragrance, but apparently only the DJ was a privileged smoker in this matter.
Why it was impossible to meet the guests halfway and allow them to smoke hookah at least on the edge of the bar remains a mystery.
It is obvious that the attention to the needs of customers in Lilou is at a very low level, and this requires changes so that the institution meets the basic standards of hospitality.

The staff is normal, the atmosphere is so-so, the waiting time is long even for drinks, 1-2 waiters for the whole establishment, although not large, but the people are like in a barrel with herring) the dishes are so-so like in a cafe, the drinks are normal. The price does not match the quality.

Perhaps the best disco-gastro bar in the city. Everything is done at a high level, with excellent taste and attention to detail. + beautiful view. I would like more music and records. The kitchen is excellent. There are no comments on cocktails.
