The acceptance is terrible, things are not accepted, because the master is new and does not quite know how to do dry cleaning, and the master who knows how to clean everything has quit. Acceptance takes 15 minutes - one unit. I have been serviced for 10 years, but there has never been such a terrible service. As soon as the company transferred to the balance sheet of Mogilev, all the problems began. The management should build the work process and update the equipment, and not only issue directives from above on how to evade responsibility (warn the customer) for the services provided.

Отзыв отрицательный уж извините!Сдала куртку,понадеялась на качественный сервис,а в итоге получила испорченную вещь!При приёмке мою куртку досматривали чуть-ли не под микроскопом,ну это понятно,стандартная процедура!Но хотелось бы,чтобы ПОСЛЕ соответствовало ДО(чтобы вещь не была порвана и на ней присутствовала фурнитура)Забрать я не смогла,потому что меня не было в городе,попросила маму...мама забрала и пошла не посмотрев(да,есть вина с нашей стороны,что не посмотрели и я ничего не докажу в этом случае,и притензия моя будет признана необоснованной если я буду письменно излогать свою притензию,но всё же)Сегодня я достаю свою куртку,чтобы надеть а она без собачки...теперь мне нужно искать собачку подходящую или полностью менять молнию!Спасибо Вам!
Химчистка лилия не достойна не одной звезды, там работать не хотят. Я отдала на выведение чернильного петна с кимоно, меня предупредили что вероятность 50на50, сдала 27.12.2022 забрала 3.01 2023 заплатила 18рублей и забрала с тем же петном. Придя домой слегка смочила пятно водой и натёрла отбеливателем босс оставила на 40 мин и результат оболденный, пятна нет!

Па якасці паслуг нараканняў няма - усё на ўзроўні. Але калі пападаеш туды ніяк не пакідае адчуванне, што трапіў у XX стагоддзе - вельмі доўгае афармленне, абсталяванне і ўвогуле антураж. Але ўсё ж рэкамендую

Сдавал зимнюю куртку, с засаленными рукавами воротником и карманами, 16 руб., относился скептически что смогут привести её в порядок, через 10 дней забрал куртку, я в восторге, полностью отмыто, идеально, нигде ничего не повреждено, рекомендую
Химчистка ужасная .Испортили чехол от дивана , весь заляпом не понятно в чем . 10 дней ждали , потом еще 3дня .не рекомендую

Сегодня забрала свою вещь из химчистки. Если сказать пессимистично, то просто УЖАС.... Если наоборот, то могло быть и хуже! Сдавала ШУБУ ОВЕРСАЙЗ из искусственного материала с добавлением шерстяной нити.Очень боялась забрать ,,куртку " При приёмке всё уточнили и про шерстяную нить и про режимы ,условия чистки.... Квитанцию распечатали на компьютере,САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО указав оценучную стоимость покупателя ,которую у меня не спросили... . В расчётную стоимость добавили пришив 2х пуговиц ,не спрашивая меня (92 коп ,смешая сума -пусть будет не обеднею,хотя я пуговицы подшила перед выходом из дома) В итоге я забираю вещь деформированную ,на пару размеров меньше
,с болтающимися пуговицами... На мои возмущения мне ответили ,что не так уж она и села.....!!!!!! А пуговицы пришьют, когда выйдет с больничного ,,специалист " ,который занимался моей вещью.... Я понимаю, конечно ,шубу носить можно ,но это не та вещь ,которая была изначально... и носить я её не хочу в таком состоянии! Но и ,,воевать " с ними у меня нет ни времени ,ни сил... Хотя не факт...
Справедливости ради,хочу сказать, что пуховик мужа почистили неплохо... и ключевое слово неплохо ,но не хорошо ( состояние после чистки тоже не ахти какое ) Может мне не повезло.... Но обращаться или нет дело каждого...

Отдавали на чистку детскую коляску-трансформер. Все детали как новые,идеальная работа за символическую цену. Без запаха химсредств,что важно для детских вещей.Буду обращаться постоянно.
Отношение замечательное к клиенту, но вот качество работ.... Заказывал глажку костюма и рубашки. Костюм не плохо получился, а на рубашке манжеты не видели утюга, что очень огорчило
