It's generally fine. The Crimean-Anapa level. The food is really delicious, despite the modest appearance. They treat you to wine. We lived for two days before crossing the border with Turkey.
Parking next to the hotel is very modest, street parking, no more than 5 cars. The hostess will orient you where you can put it if there are not enough places.
The rest has already been described earlier. I don't see the point in repeating myself. For your money, a very sane option.

Great reception and a nice room. The family stayed with 4 people. The location is great! The cafe is inexpensive and very tasty at home. All guests are treated to homemade dry wine. The owner of the hotel Ruslan is the kindest and most hospitable person! I met him, helped him park the car, invited him to tea with homemade cakes and did not take a penny. The guests are treated like relatives. I am very glad when people accept his treats. I am ready to help with the organization of excursions.
The hotel does not have a swimming pool, so I do not understand why someone put a minus for this.

We stayed at the hotel for one night in 2019 in September. They were greeted As relatives were treated to wine in the morning, fed a wonderful breakfast, presented with a bottle of wine, the owner Ruslan did not want to let go, offered to stay for a while, the hotel is located perfectly right opposite the fortress in the evening from the room there is a stunning view of the fortress. We will definitely come again when we travel around Georgia! I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed for one night.
The hotel is directly opposite the entrance to Rabat Fortress.
The hotel is without complaints, has everything you need, no frills.
I would like to note the hospitality of the hosts: the host Ruslan treated with his wine, and the hostess Svetlana - with excellent dinner and breakfast.
In the cafe, you can just have lunch for anyone: the prices are affordable, the portions are good.
We were very pleased to meet and had a great time.
