It looks more like a guest house in terms of its furnishings and interior. Small rooms, a large dining room, a kitchen and a refrigerator, you can cook your own food or have a nice evening. The owners are pleasant, ready to prompt and meet you halfway. The location is gorgeous! If you want to live in the historical part of Batumi, then this place can be recommended. There is Wi-Fi. Photos in the yard and inside we are sitting having breakfast

They lived there in September 2024. The hotel is small and cozy. It can be seen that there has been a recent renovation. In general, we are satisfied with both the accommodation and the location of the hotel. There is a lack of a table, chairs, and a kettle in the room.

Terrible attitude towards the guests, to the point that the hostess shows with her face that she does not digest Russians. The only good thing in the room is the air conditioning. That's all. The hostess is rude, the bed does not change until you tell her, there is a lot of black hair in the bed and towels. There are not even mugs, let alone a kettle, to drink coffee in the morning.garbage bags are something.... They put a torn bag from the store in one of the trash cans. Toilet paper holders are falling down. It's just awful... But the reception is beautiful....
