Lyudmila, an employee, is very incompetent in matters of a telecom operator and is not customer-oriented.She has no purpose to help, but only to be rude.She reluctantly answers questions (I feel like I owe her something).I will never come to this salon for a purchase or connection again and I will tell all my friends because of such a "super" employee.
