Today, 08/27/2024, when contacting the communication salon at 13 Vera Khoruzhey str., Minsk, I was refused to purchase a SIM Card with the Unlimited Life tariff due to the fact that I have a passport of the Russian Federation, not the Republic of Belarus. I consider this fact discriminatory!

An unpleasant impression remained. Visited on 13.12.2023. The employee is an unfriendly girl and clearly does not like her job. She answered with irritation, as if she was doing a favor. Then I found fault with the passport that I did not see the similarity, I had to show the passport, it's generally a game! After I made a remark to her that she was the only one who found fault with the passport, she replied - I have the right. I eventually got a SIM card, but the sediment remained. You come in for a couple of minutes on business, and the employee, instead of helping, intentionally complicates the process.
