By and large, there is nothing to put one star for. I appeal to the head and the staff responsible for cleaning the entrances. In the Southern town, the entrances are not cleaned for 3-4 months. There are cobwebs on the windows, the steps from the 1st to the 5th floor are covered in sand and dirt, wet cleaning is not carried out at all!!!!! You have to clean the entrance yourself. And for this, we have monthly money calculated for the "Sanitary maintenance of auxiliary premises."

Hello, there is a flood in the basement, I called at 115 for two days, they arrived, they said the water appeared because of the rains, they did nothing, scratched and left, the next day there was more water (sunny weather), NO ONE called again, why do they get paid? The organization liked much more how it worked a couple of years ago, although perhaps this is not their fault, but as an organization responsible for the order of its city, it should have provided for everything, before mowing and cleaning the territory was properly done not only in the center, but also on the outskirts of the city, now it is absolutely not happy how this is being done, I would like everything to be the same as before, visitors have noticed that our city is becoming completely different.
