The food is delicious, very diverse: fish, meat, chicken, pancakes are different, there are a lot of vegetables, soups are different, for every taste and request. Fruit drinks, juices, teas. I really liked the sea buckthorn tea. The service is normal, the staff is sad. The atmosphere is pleasant, tables for different numbers of guests. The interior is cute.
The location is convenient, there are a lot of shawarma-type food around, and the food here is pleasant, so definitely the choice in favor of the Lido.
Minus: the toilet is paid or the entrance is by check. The disadvantage is that you often get off the road and really want to go to the toilet urgently, so you have to pay. In the meantime, go, choose, pay and you can come in with a check - the food is getting cold. Of course, this is a plus that no one walks around, and the toilet is neat, but somehow I would like to think about this moment.

We got into the toilet from the 5th time, and the couple did not get behind us, and the boy said he would tolerate it at all and went into the hall to endure sad. The barcode was not readable, there is not enough music.
And about the sad thing- The cashier Soltan Irina terminal No. 4 tried to deliberately not make change on the Easter holiday on May 5, and this is even on a holiday (she is unfriendly, does not greet, chatted with her friend from the cashier's side, reluctantly serves, when I went to figure it out - the cashier just silently dropped off the missing as if nothing had happened, she heard that I started looking for a check on the counter near the spoons, that the change was not given, I got my bearings quickly, threw the unworthy thing into the piece for change and turned away like nothing happened, of course I spoiled the mood, some kind of horror, no apologies - this is of course a shame for any institution. The toilet is a separate quest. It's paid. The cost at the time of my visit is 70 kopecks. I didn't see a card payment option there. This is not convenient, because there is no change of change. And not everyone has cash these days.
The door to the building itself lives its own life. I went in there without any problems, but I hardly left)) the door was turning sooo slowly.
My personal conclusion is that if you want to eat inexpensively and deliciously, then you can go there.
Solve the problem with the toilet and the friendliness of the staff, and I will definitely raise the rating to 5 stars

Legendary restaurants. We were in Riga for the first time, then we were lucky in Tallinn, and now in Minsk. It is a pity that the Lido is not in St. Petersburg. Отличное место, чтобы пообедать - очень много посадочных мест, широкий ассортимент блюд, а главное - всё вкусно! Быстрое обслуживание, цены адекватные. Единственное, что не понравилось - чтобы попасть в туалет, необходимо приложить штрих-код из чека к турникету, который неимоверно тупит, с первого раза пройти практически невозможно) В остальном же всё здорово.

Внутри все хорошо, очень круто, что много мест где посидеть, выбор еды большой, бери что пожелаешь.
Но есть кое что, что испортило впечатление.
Ты покупаешь еду, кушаешь, идёшь в туалет с чеком где кьюар код, а тебе ещё оказывается надо заплатить 70коп за туалет.
Извините конечно, но это по-моему уже совсем. Понимаю вход в туалет по кьюар коду, чтобы люди с улицы не заходили. Но когда человек у вас покушал, оставил какую-то сумму денег, ему ещё и за туалет заплатить? Это уже слишком!!!

Лидо , раньше было одним из любимых мест моих! Но не все бывает долгим, вот на вых зашли с мужем, обстановка хорошая , загруженность была небольшая к 19-00, раньше в это время непопасть туда , при этом неприятно было брать поднос , грязные подносы , как ставить еду на такое, ложек маленьких не было , я подождала , но мой чай остыл, люблю чай горячий пить , есть с десертом, единственное, десерты вкусные очень, десерты пока у них замечательные! На хороших столиках, куда хотели присесть было много грязной посуды! К сожалению Лидо , испортилось с чистотой, либо в этот день попали так, что не хватало персонала, но загруженность была небольшая! Увы ! 🥺😔

I bit such a hard grain without noticing it, right on the tooth that I had recently treated, after that the tooth hurt for another 30 minutes. Although the money was returned, but the impression of the place was spoiled and no one else set foot there.
The dishes were also quite cold, although they seem to be "heated"

Лидо позиционирует себя как относительно недорогой ресторан национальной кухни. Заходишь в ресторан, берёшь поднос и идёшь себя самообслуживать. Может быть для постоянных клиентов там легко, просто и понятно. Для меня - нет. Половина блюд не подписана, если подписана, то не понятно по стоимости: то ли за штуку, то ли по весу. На вторых блюдах стоят раздатчики, супы наливаешь сам. По центру зала стоят кассы, тащишь поднос туда и там соответственно тебя рассчитывают. То есть сумму покупки узнаёшь только на кассе. Затем берёшь приборы и садишься за свободный стол. Драников нет в меню!!! Еда по качеству приготовления на слабую четвёрку. Написано, что проход в туалет по чеку, по факту 70 коп. Бред!!! Место для одноразового посещения. Не рекомендую!
