Cheap prices and very good choice for any kind of food, drink, fish and meat and vegetables. Very nice place for casual food shopping 🛍 welcome back 🔙 again!
A super cheap store, but with very, very high-quality goods at pleasant prices. Dairy products and coffee are especially pleasing.
I recommend it to everyone.
There is always a good range of dairy products. Some products at the lowest prices in Finland. Here the store is complete with a Rayamarket, which is very convenient. There is a large enough parking lot. The only disadvantage of all the shops in the border towns is that they close too early by our standards :)
Lidl -small markets of necessary products in the Pyaterochka format in Russia. They live in a community with Rajamarket and complement each other. There are often small sales of things and household items. Inexpensive, but also small in assortment.
The supermarket is located on a site with 4 more hypers of other brands. Convenient parking. The range of products is huge. There are their own pastries. Cash and card payments, Tax free registration.
According to the VAT refund system for non-UES citizens who have left the UES country, no later than 5-6 months (depends on the conditions of a particular store and is indicated when making an Invoice), upon presentation of an Invoice in the store (or in another store of the same retail chain) with a mark of the customs of the country of the store on departure, VAT is refunded, the amount which is calculated and indicated when making an Invoice.
The main advantage: the amount of VAT (10-14%) significantly exceeds the amount of Taxfree 4-5%). Disadvantage: to receive a refund on the Invoice, you must contact the shopping store again (it is not necessary to make a new purchase). In the case of systematic shopping trips, the cost of goods due to a refund for a previous purchase is significantly reduced.
The main thing is to immediately notify the cashier before making a purchase: I need an Invoice.
Here in the Lidl store there is no refund on Invoice, but the quality of the products is very good, the range of products of daily demand (vegetables, fruits, bread, confectionery, dairy, gastronomy in the entire assortment, semi-finished meat and fish products, canned vegetables, meat, fish, used drinks: juices, lemonades, water). At the expiration of
the payment period in 2-1 days, a discount of 30-40%.
Happy shopping!
I recommend Dulano sausages, those that are cooked, and not, as usual for Finland, grilled. The price is approximately 1.4 euros per pack. Pork or chicken. The meat is actually present. If you pay with a Russian credit card, then the conversion rate is normal, and not bestial, as in the next big store. I won't write the name.

My wife and I generally like to go shopping and just check in at Imatra rather than to Lappa. Everything is somehow nicer and there are fewer people here. And in this Lidl, I usually buy all kinds of cookies for children and cheese. Cheese is generally profitable to take: even cheaper than ours sometimes, plus the production of sanctioned countries, and not Tagil (no offense ..). That's just in 2019, a setup with a road to Svetogorsk: solid repairs. Well, at least by 2020 they should make a normal one...
A very good grocery store. A huge range of products. In most cases, prices are cheaper than in the border zone. They don't speak Russian. In general, it's not bad.
They do not issue an invoice. Only taxi fries. The products are good, but due to restrictions on the transportation of a lot of yoghurts (for example) You won't take it
Boorish service and the lack of the possibility of issuing an invoice. Wasting time waiting for an employee at a taxi company. One of the advantages is Milbon cheeses.
