Excellent establishment, inexpensive good alcohol, quite diverse cuisine, medium-priced dishes, they cook very quickly, very cool waiters, I've been here more than once and this establishment always remains an absolute option, if you want to sit in good company on a Friday evening, you should book a table in advance, as the establishment is popular :) The only thing was, there were questions about the hookah on my last visit, it was frankly not very good, but still it was more like an additional option, as the bar and restaurant are perfect)

We celebrated the outgoing year 2024 in the dark leadbear, an incredible experience!!!! Konstantin Alexandrovich served with 10 stars. Count on absolute attention and the most comfortable atmosphere. The food is 4 out of 5 . We ordered assorted shrimps (2 of them were not baked, cold inside), suluguni cheese is a straight top, carbonara is an average guy for me.
The beer is good, the price is great.
What is definitely good here is the staff. Special thanks for the smile to the waitress, her good mood) the administrator - at our request, did not put her in the hookah room (we do not smoke)and I organized a table at the bar.

If you need somewhere inexpensive to relax in the TSUMA area, then it will not be easy to find a better and more pleasant place :) Excellent location, there have never been any complaints about the quality of beer and dishes (hello to Lidbir the Bright). But at the same time, the tables are located around the bar so that someone is constantly walking right next to the table. The tables are so close that if a hookah is smoked at the next table, then you are in smoke. At the same time, the sticks inside were not allowed to smoke. I had to sit on a high pouf without a back. There were four of us in the company, two friends came earlier and ordered beer, they asked us for documents, we showed our rights. After that, a "threatening" comment came from the waitress: and those who come, let them prepare the documents too!
It got to such an absurd point that my friend could not order a frying pan with chicken and mushrooms without showing his passport. (The man did not even order alcohol) And in response to our attempts to settle and sort out the situation, the waitress offered to just get up and leave. Unfortunately, the service left an extremely unpleasant impression. The waitress girls (photo attached) showed a disgusting attitude towards customers: no greetings, no goodbyes, a boorish tone and an arrogant look. It seemed as if they were not interested in work and clients.
In fairness, I would like to note that the beer is delicious, the prices are pleasant, and the institution itself is well located. However, the staff spoils the whole impression.
I was also surprised by the policy of the institution: hookah smoking is allowed, but IQOS is not. The logic of this ban has remained unclear.
Dear owner, your establishment has potential, but I sincerely recommend either training the staff in basic customer communication skills or hiring more qualified staff.
P.S. As a person who previously worked as a waitress, I can say that such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable and we were fired for this
