We came to visit for our favorite borscht with croutons at 22:00 and wanted to settle down in the second cozy hall to be alone with two people, and not in the youth center. We were refused, they said that that room is served only when the first one is filled.
We politely asked to be seated in the second hall as regular guests. They sat us down and gave us a menu, and only after 7 minutes the administrator came and said that according to the rules of the institution, you can't have dinner here. The rules are not spelled out anywhere, if this is not a whim of the waiter, but really an order from the management, which I doubt very much because we pay money for food and not eat for free, then they have lost profits and customers.
What was the problem with letting a couple have dinner in the second room? The lights were on, music was playing, and even the air conditioner was working, there was no one there. It would have been very romantic, but it was clear from the waitress's face that she was not happy that we looked in there and asked for permission.
The result: an entry in the complaint book that is not stitched, not numbered and without answers.

The best of all Leadbears. It is very convenient that there are two halls. You can sit in one if you want to be in the center of fun, in the other if you want to have a quiet chat.
Delicious simple food. Good pastas, pancakes, snacks. Very interesting beer cocktails.

We visited this leadbir on the night of 2 to 3 September. We were there from 12 a.m. until closing time. Our "wonderful" evening began with an absolutely disgusting interaction with the waiter. We still don't understand why he didn't like us so much. There was no steam in the hall, except for us there were 2 tables, we communicated politely and were set up for a pleasant evening, but Anton (if I'm not mistaken) apparently was not particularly disposed to great service and good tips. The aperitif did not ask, the appliances should have been asked to bring, to which, by the way, we received the answer "Do you need it right now?", considering that he had already taken out one dish out of three. Let's miss the fact that all 3 hot ones could be brought to three different people at the same time. Honestly, this review wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for our waiter. I understand everything, maybe it's a hard day, but we didn't demand much, didn't fall under closure and didn't ask for something supernatural, it would be enough not to show us how he hates us in every possible way.
Anton, why are you doing this to us, why did you let the kitchen give away caesar with unpeeled shrimps that stink in the most disgusting way? The fact that they taste as well as smell, I think, is already obvious. The explanation was that they are deep-fried))))) I have no idea how this justifies the fact that they are uncleaned, but okay)
Please tell Anton that in order to earn good tea, you need to at least not create discomfort for guests and know the service database as much as possible. There is no need to stand at the table and ask who had what cocktail when we made it clear who had what when ordering. You need to set the table before serving the dishes, preferably without asking for it. You need to look at what the kitchen gives, whether it is edible or it is better to ask a colleague to give the dish in a human way. In total, we have: a normal bar, a below average kitchen and below the lowest service. Lidbir, you have disappointed us.

I didn't feel it right away on my portion of kebab, since there were a lot of onions and I was drinking 200g of vodka at that time, but our whole company clearly felt it on a friend's kebab and he naturally didn't eat it. The waitress did not give any response to our comment on the quality of the kebab. A separate plus for the waiter Daria, she at least apologized at the end. It is unpleasant that such a negligent attitude towards their customers.

In general, they did not make concessions, even considering that all of them were adults, there were no documents, referring to the law and that an inspection might come. Although the company is going to celebrate a birthday!

When I tried to get the waiter's attention, he just ignored me.Secondly, the quality of the food was below all criticism. I ordered a burger, which turned out to be over-dried and cold. Besides, the side dish was too salty and obviously not fresh. And finally, the atmosphere of the place also did not meet expectations. It was this place and this bar that came in the most. I really liked the spicy liqueurs. The food is great. Shish kebab is served on a wooden tray and the portion is really huge (we took a set for 2). It's just not realistic to eat at one time. I also want to add that they serve great burgers here.
