Plus, there is a really wide bed, the opportunity to pay in dollars (the exchange rate is low, but not critical), the wish for a quiet side was taken into account, there is a safe, bathrobes, slippers and even toothbrushes with toothpaste. Just spending the night falling down from exhaustion is fine.
Cons - it's hard to find, the rooms are very tired, the wires sticking out of the walls, inconvenient sockets, the fan in the bathroom works like a jackhammer, the mini fridge is very loud, had to be turned off, the plumbing is rusty. A separate trash is breakfast. It has never been so eedibly fed anywhere else! We arrived at 9 (breakfast starts at 8), there were only microbreads with cheese, cucumber, butter jam and coffee in 3in1 bags. I had to ask for water, glasses, black coffee, bread. The fruits arrived, 3 pieces were taken out of the cabinet with our hands and cut, 3 pieces of sausage in the skin, coffee was brewed (they could not drink). They brought an omelet (barely warm) with sausages - I don't understand how you can spoil the eggs like that... In general, they left hungry and discouraged. It's a shame to offer such food to guests at all!!!

Slightly tired interior. The location is convenient. It's hard to find, because a different address is indicated on the site and on Yandex maps.
There is not a very large assortment for breakfast, but we did not stay hungry.
