I came here for a manicure.
A big plus for the place and the staff for the atmosphere and bonuses in the form of free coffee / tea.
Now to the cons.
The photo of the manicure is in the attachment, the cuticle remains on the nails and is visible in the photo, there are inflamed fingers. There are "burrs" sticking out of the nails, the nails themselves are sharp and cling to clothes. What's in the photo was done to me for an hour and a half. I asked to polish so that the nails would not cling to clothes and pockets, it turned out there was nothing to polish, so I came home now I will finish it myself.
Oh yes, the length of the nail was removed with the same scissors that cut the cuticle, the nails flew in all directions.
What else can I say. When I chewed my nails as a child, it looked about the same, only I couldn't chew the cuticle.

On October 10, 2024, I visited this barbershop for a haircut from Master Akhmet. The experience turned out to be generally positive, with a few highlights and small remarks.
The quality of the haircut was at a high level, although I was not entirely satisfied with the smooth bangs. However, this is more a matter of personal preference than a disadvantage in the work of the master.
I especially want to mention a pleasant surprise in the form of a free massage after a haircut. It was truly amazing and added an unforgettable experience to the visit.
The atmosphere in the barbershop deserves special praise. I was warmly welcomed with tea or coffee. After providing the service, they asked about my impression and informed me about a pleasant bonus - a 15% discount on the second visit.
Prices at the barbershop are very competitive for Minsk, which makes it an excellent choice for regular self-care.
The only wish of the management is to pay more attention to the hygiene of tools. Some combs and scissors did not look quite clean, which slightly overshadowed the impression.
Overall, I was pleased with the visit and plan to return again, hoping to eliminate minor flaws in the future.

I know that I have problematic nails and rarely do. I wouldn't have said anything if the master hadn't agreed to do it. But she took it up now that the nails have a hole on them near the cuticle. It turns out that what's under my skin has been damaged. My nails will grow back, but I won't set foot on you anymore. This has never happened. Other craftsmen handled my nails. It is easy to find - the barbershop is located next to the entrance, there is a sign outside that you cannot pass by.
It's spacious inside. Tea/coffee was offered at the meeting.
Master Karina did a great job.

I have pre-booked the time. I arrived, but there is no administrator. On the phone, I described that I wanted a haircut with a straight razor. They appointed a master who does not understand Russian, and does everything with typewriters + the collar was filled in while washing his head. I am happy with the result in principle, but the process itself was more like a test or a light torture.

I read reviews about the specialists in this barber and decided to sign up for the most mentioned one - Didar. It's hard to find a good master, because my hair is long, there are always problems with this. There were two requests so that the hair was gathered in a ponytail and looked normal. Both requests were successfully failed. The hair was not going into a ponytail and looked incomprehensible after the haircut. All I heard was, "Oh, it came out shorter." The first reaction from the side was "it will grow back", I did not attach any importance to this. Then for two weeks every day I heard that the haircut was either strange or spoiled. It became clear that the haircut has no idea, no image, no composition, and there is clearly a lack of experience and knowledge in this area. I had to go fix it somewhere else, for the first time in a long time! I've been in this salon before, there are good craftsmen there, but I don't want to experiment anymore. I wish the master to improve his skills, and not to learn from dissatisfied customers.

After explaining what needs to be done and what the client expects from the haircut, the employee creates the game according to his own understanding. After that, he tries to tie up what was left after his haircut in a ponytail and escort him out. Answers the questions as incorrectly as possible. The second master fixed the ruined hairstyle as much as he could. I don't know who's name is, no one has badges. Like the cherry on the cake: the money was not returned and they did not even apologize.
