I am writing a review with pleasure. I feel free to give a 5 rating for the excellent location. For tourist purposes, it couldn't be better. One of the many budget hotels in the heart of the historic center. In a few minutes there is a bazaar, a tram, a shoe paradise (wholesale shoe stores - it happened by chance), a pharmacy, a supermarket and well, where to eat. The rooms may be tired, but the plumbing is working, the elevator is working, the breakfast (buffet) is good with a view of the Marmara Sea, the hotel owner speaks Russian (not everywhere like this). Famous mosques are a 10-minute walk away. Not far from the departure point of the excursion boats (ferries). I booked on Yandex Travel.
The hotel is excellent, very beautiful. The breakfast is gorgeous (Swedish line) very tasty. Cleaning every day with a change of towels. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions: Grand Bazaar, Cysteine Basilica, Theodosius Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. You can walk to the Galician Tower, you can walk to the Galician Bridge and walk to the Maiden Tower...
A good hotel
, the location is good - there is a tram stop nearby, the sights are within walking distance
There is a store nearby
The room has a kettle, daily cleaning, change of towels
The breakfast is modest, but there is everything you need - omelette, cheeses, local sausages, olives, cereals, pastries
The staff speaks Russian, you can book a transfer to/from the airport
The audibility is good in the hotel, you can hear everything that is being talked about in the hallway
Convenient location, the room is small but comfortable, has everything you need (except toothbrushes), plumbing is in order, clean. The staff is unobtrusive, inconspicuous. The breakfasts are standard, Turkish - olives, young cheeses, eggs, half-sausages, jams, drinks. In general, everything is fine, without frills. If you take a room with windows, get ready that it will be noisy at night - drunkenness and drunkenness on the streets at night spread to their rooms.
When choosing a hotel out of season in terms of price, breakfasts and location. The hotel meets all these criteria. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. My friend's bedclothes had holes in them. We had a French balcony in our room. And we had our room upgraded to a 2-bed bed and an extra charge, just because there was such an opportunity. A transfer to the airport was also offered. The attitude is very friendly
I will immediately make a reservation that we chose a place based on the fact that we were not going to sit in the room, the location and value for money were important, we can say an economical option in everything else. On the plus side: the hotel is located very close to the most important attractions, at the same time far enough from mosques and minarets (I did not want to hear heart-rending screams in the morning and evening). Although the rooms have cramped conditions, everything is available for the night, the beds are not killed, water, kettle, tea and sugar in the room were changed daily, towels, slippers, soap and shampoo, everything seems to be there. By itself, the availability of breakfast is also a plus. Now about the disadvantages: there is no sound insulation, the doors to the room are interior, the audibility is 99%. Breakfast is monotonous, the dishes do not change at all and their variety is depressing. We were unlucky with the room cleaner, but this is most likely a particular one, it is not worth writing about it. There is a TV, but we have not found any working Russian channels, the TV model is old, it does not even support flash drives. In general, if you don't find fault, then everything is just fine, but whoever is looking for will find it :)
Recently vacationed at this hotel, very satisfied, gorgeous staff , cleaning every day.Everything is nearby, very convenient 😊very responsive guys work at the reception, they will always help and prompt 😊and the staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient 👍
The breakfasts here are delicious, the buffet, the rooms are cozy, but sometimes the blankets come with a small hole, and the towels are the same... relatively clean, the staff is lovely ♡ located close to Hagia Sophia
We rented a family suite. It doesn't reach the suite. The location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, varied and satisfying. The staff is excellent and friendly.Nearby there are several covered parking lots for cars of your choice at a price, the average parking prices for July 2024 range from 400-600 liras per day. Chamberlitash bus stop is literally nearby. Living for a week is the best thing. I recommend
A budget hotel, located near all major attractions, near the Chamberlitash tram stop, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are not bad on the top floor, the rooms are warm enough even in the cold season.
Nice clean, homelike hotel.friendly staff. The breakfasts are simple, not varied, but fresh.excellent location, near a supermarket, restaurants, and most importantly a tram stop
The hotel has an excellent location, 5 minutes from the Chamberlitash tram station. Within walking distance of Cisterns, Sultanahmet Square, Ayasofiya. The Marmara Sea is 20 minutes away. Hotel for 3+: breakfast is acceptable, the bed is made every day, towels were changed daily. The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is urban to sleep and have breakfast. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV set👌
Near grocery stores, wine and beer, you need to go a little lower, there are many cafes nearby
Excellent location, all the sights are nearby. We were given a 4-bed room on the 4th floor, the largest in the hotel. The room is normal, the beds are comfortable, clean. The room has a kettle, slippers, a safe, a mini fridge. Water, tea, free of charge, refilled. The closet is very small, there is no toiletry shelf in the shower. It's okay to live 3-4 nights. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. The staff is very friendly.
A good hotel in the center of Sultanahmet. There is a tram stop nearby, a supermarket. I won't even talk about the number of all kinds of eateries. In step 1, the most important cathedrals and the Grand Bazaar stop.
The hotel itself is a solid 3 stars.
The room was on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast is ordinary, quite decent, but do not expect that there will be all the dishes of the world. It's quite enough for breakfast.
The rooms are cleaned. There are 2 admins at the reception, one speaks Russian better, but understands perfectly and is broken. In the kitchen, the cook also speaks our language. The staff is no longer there.
The owner of the hotel is the owner of a transfer company - so they took us to the airport by 4 a.m. without any problems.
The room was booked on Yandex Travel.
A perfectly normal hotel for your money. The sound insulation is just 0, there are 3 centimeters of cracks under the doors in the common hall. Breakfast on the top floor with access to the outdoor terrace is a cool bonus. You can ask to go up to the roof for a few photos.
We arrived at night tired of 3 children + 3 children . We booked six months in advance , the prices were discussed .
The guy at the reception checked us into the basement and said that all the rooms were occupied. But for an additional payment, they can move into a normal room. We contacted the management, he sorted out the situation. There was an unpleasant aftertaste .
The breakfasts are not very good .
We arrived with my husband from 9 to 13 May.
1. THE LOCATION is 10 out of 10. The tram is 3 minutes away, and in general you can immediately walk around the old town. There are no parties outside the windows.
2. ROOM- it was clean, nice to be in, the room is of course a bit in the style of gypsy chic, but I think you did not come to look at the room))) the main thing is cleanliness. There were no problems with the water.
3. BREAKFAST. He is an ordinary modest man, you can eat boiled eggs, fried eggs and something like an omelet, as well as sandwiches cheese sausage, cucumbers tomatoes, olives. There were some cereal, tea and coffee. The first day we had a snack and left not full, then we looked at the prices of food in Istanbul (kebab in a shawarma bag 300 lira - multiply by 2.8 to convert into rubles, that's for yourself. I'm not talking about restaurants. It would be nice to have delicious food, I wanted to cry) on the second day we already had breakfast so that it was packed))
In short, for the money that the hotel costs, you can safely take it. We were on holidays, it was impossible to walk around with the choice of a hotel, we chose it for a long time, but there are no complaints. Thanks
Great location, Sultanahmet Square is a five-minute leisurely walk away. Near the tram stop T1, cafes, shops, coffee shops.. The breakfast is quite delicious - eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette, cheeses, olives, coffee, tea - you will not stay hungry. The room is not big, and not small. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. The hotel is quite a place.
I liked the hotel, very good and convenient location.Clean, tidy and courteous staff. We were treated to tea at the meeting, which was very pleasant after a long flight.

Well, how to say it.... His average score of 3.5 points is true. It seems that the location is normal, and polite employees, and relatively clean rooms. But all the same, the feeling of neglect and old age is nowhere to go. Nearby there are other hotels that we visited for the sake of interest, so they are much more pleasant. But the price tag is much more unpleasant). So we were ready and asked where we were going for such a price. It suited us fine.
Great hotel! Beautifully furnished. Everything you need is in the room. Very conveniently located 10 minutes from Top Cape, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The guys at the reception are very friendly.
We liked it. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. Sultanahmed Square is nearby, which is very convenient. Various cafes and shops are also nearby.
The room on the ground floor is full. The kettle does not fit the outlet, the water in the shower pours randomly, dampness and humidity in the room, the windows do not open. But the breakfasts are quite normal and the price is adequate.
Convenient location. Nearby there are shops, a pharmacy, a cafe, a tram stop. Polite staff. Breakfast with sea view. There is tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room. The breakfast is great. Cozy rooms. The photos match. 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar. We are very satisfied.
One of the advantages is the presence of a grocery store and Sultanahmet Square nearby.
The Deluxe room itself is very small, breakfast was worth visiting once, so as not to go there anymore.
I think you can easily find a cheaper similar option.
