The apartments are beautifully located near the old town. All major locations are within walking distance. Nearby there are supermarkets, VTB ATMs, and a large number of outdoor cafes. We lived from 12/29/24 to 01/04/25. We occupied an apartment on the 12th floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Very friendly staff, ready to solve all issues. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful apartment in the historical center of the city. We stayed from May 29 to June 6, 2024 in Economy Apartments on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the city. The apartments are well equipped and have everything you need for a long stay. All plumbing is in good working order, the appliances are working well. Clear. There are many cafes, supermarkets Bravo and Spar nearby. Almost all the sights are within walking distance. Very polite and friendly staff - Sevil administrator, Rza manager, Amiran driver. We are always in touch, ready to help. I have very pleasant memories of our trip to Baku.

Really big comfortable apartments, responsive staff. Magnificent view of the city, there are enough bathrooms, plumbing is working. Huge living room, large kitchen. The only problem faced by mosquitoes, despite the high floor, need nets on the windows.
