Nice house. I liked the entrance and interior doors in the apartment the most, they were solid. The elevator, as in almost all of Astana, is paid. The sound insulation in the apartment is also very good. Well, a separate joy is the square meters and layout. The only thing that is not convenient is there is no pedestrian sidewalk when approaching the house, and you also climb from the parking lot with your legs, there is no elevator.

The residential complex is an excellent, solid house, I recommend buying an apartment. Nice big bright entrances. Excellent apartments with balconies, very warm in winter. Even at minus forty it's not so cold near the house, because everyone opens the windows and heats the street. There is underground Parking and in the yard, there is not enough space in the yard, but there is a good Playground. There are many shops and services around. I do not recommend apartments in this residential complex to overweight people, no, the elevator works fine, just opposite the Barbecue, the neighborhood constantly smells of fried meat. In general, if you dig up a gold bar the size of a horse's head, take an apartment in Leia Comfort.
