Once again, they didn't even try to figure it out here, I wouldn't recommend anyone to bring their equipment here.

The third time I addressed a simple problem - the cooler on the laptop does not work, overheating and disconnecting at the most inconvenient moment. The cooler was changed 1-1.5 years ago. In October 2023, they came back to them - they said that the cooler was just cleaned and everything was fine. 1.5 months have passed, overheating again ((( And now the most unpleasant thing! I applied on Wednesday in advance to specify the repair period, time is expensive. I gave away my laptop on Thursday. Silence...Friday is quiet...they promise to tell you on Saturday how and what. Saturday is quiet. Sunday is a day off. Monday - my laptop is already on the master's desk, great! But...He's alone, he only has two hands, blah blah blah... Tuesday is not ready. Wednesday-oh, gods, he's ready. Well, as I'm ready - "your cooler is working, we'll take it off all right." Although even their data records that this laptop with a cooler error has been received by them for the third time. As a result, I installed Windows 10 in 2 hours, the cooler was not touched, the error and overheating remained. And it took 6!!! days. Draw your own conclusions....
The guy divorced for 100 rubles last year. The cappuccino machine in the coffee machine did not work. Immediately, without diagnosis, it was announced that the repair would cost 100 rubles. They gave it to me for diagnosis. The answer was given that it needs to be cleaned, everything is heavily clogged, and cleaning will cost the same 100 rubles. A week later, he told me that he had cleaned and transferred the entire solution for a long time.
They brought it home - the cappuccino machine is still not working.
They took it back. The master said that you need to press harder on the container, because the contacts are coming off.
AND THAT WAS THE REAL REASON FOR THE BREAKDOWN. Now I just press harder on the container to make the foam go. And there was no need to clean anything there!!!!!
If the cappuccino machine had clogged up, it would not have stopped working overnight, but would simply have given less foam each time.
In 2019, the battery was changed here for the iPhone 6s: it was done the next day, at a very inexpensive price, the work was done carefully.
Today I addressed the problem of poor audibility in the Huawei P8 lite speaker, the master immediately determined that the problem was in the dustiness of the speaker and cleaned it for free! Many thanks to Lefty!!!

I was changing the battery on my phone. The repair was delayed for a couple of days, but that's not the point. The bottom line is that the old battery worked for 5 years and only after that time began to suggest a replacement. The new one that was put here keeps the charge worse than the old one (turns off at 90 percent lol) six months later. They definitely put some kind of used shit or an accum with a lower capacity / worse quality.
There was a 5-star comment, as I thought that everything was fine, the Wi-Fi was changed on the laptop, which died, after 2 weeks I realized that they had installed the wrong one, I called to change it to the right one. In a conversation with me, obvious dissatisfaction was expressed with the unwillingness to do anything, after which they told me that they had installed a used thing without informing me about it, they told me that they had warned about it, but neither I nor my wife had heard such a thing. He said that they should have evidence in the form of Audio / video recordings of what they were saying about used spare parts, in response to silence. I arrived, I was changed to another Wi-Fi module that seems to be suitable, as a result, after 1 month and 5 days, this module regurgitated and I said goodbye to it, as well as to this company
I repaired the blender in the workshop of Mogilev (Pervomaiskaya 40).It was repaired quickly and efficiently.I was pleased with the polite and patient attitude (I asked a lot of questions about repairs). The cost of repairs also turned out to be less than my expectations. So the only wish is not to lower the bar for the quality of service!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Samsung TV was under repair for three weeks, the master asked to be patient. In the end, he said he couldn't help with the repairs. The repair was sorted out in two days at the Alfa Lab service Center, Mira Avenue, 15.

We changed the module on the phone. They gave a two-week warranty. A month later, everything came off and started to pass out. horror. I don't recommend it.
