We have been visiting this guest house for the second year. The house itself is old, but solid. The owners are friendly and keep it clean. The shared kitchen is always in perfect order, there are all the necessary utensils for cooking, right down to the colanders. Several refrigerators. The bed linen in the rooms is good and clean. I really like the shared shower. Hot water is constantly running without interruptions, the toilets are ideal in all aspects. There are air conditioners in every room. There are rooms with a sea view.
About 3 minutes away there is a cafe right by the sea, where they cook very tasty and the prices are the most attractive of all the cafes where we were. The prices are very affordable. It is forbidden to walk around the house in swimsuits. In general, a quiet, cozy place with always pleasant residents, most often with children.
The sea, where you can swim literally 15 steps away, I counted on purpose)) convenient descent down the stairs, welded from rebar. Other beaches are three minutes away on both sides and all over the city, as far as you go, all good beaches.
There are shops with groceries and household goods not far from the house. The market and shops are a 15-minute walk away. A convenient, good place for a family vacation.

A great house with wonderful owners, everything you need to relax is there, a veranda overlooking the sea, there is a dining room nearby, a public transport stop. Recommend.

A large house on the beach, on the opposite side there is a magnificent view of the mountains. Chakryan Street is quiet, Sukhumi highway is not heard. A very positive host, he can take you anywhere in his car.
