I'll start with the staff: friendly and very attentive.
Everything about room cleaning is unobtrusive and always everything is delicate. There is a restaurant veranda on the roof and there is a stunning view of the city, only it is windy. The pool and gym were visited every day. The breakfasts are amazing for every taste. Thank you for the rest. My recamendation.

A nice hotel with good staff and a great location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The only drawback is that the rooms are not large. The breakfasts are good.

The hotel is new, with a convenient location and a great view of the city, if the room is on the upper floors, with Windows overlooking the Bosphorus. But: the audibility is terrible - the walls are cardboard - you can hear everything that happens in the corridor and neighboring rooms, the staff is polite and friendly, but in places it is very stupid, the breakfast is quite modest. There is also a mosque right under the windows, which wakes up early in the morning.

The hotel proved to be convenient and comfortable. Located in the center of Istanbul, everything is conveniently within walking distance. There is a swimming pool, hammam and sauna. Breakfasts are normal.

An excellent hotel for its price, despite the fact that its declared 5-star category may cause discussion.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the historical part of the city - within walking distance of all the sights of Sultanahmet district, Eminenyu port, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar.
The breakfasts are very decent, without any special frills, but everything is very tasty and the choice of dishes is quite diverse.
The staff is friendly, friendly, and absolutely customer-oriented.
The rooms are clean and pleasant. But be prepared that of the sanitary supplies there will be only shampoo and conditioner (in disposable foil packages) and vanity kit.
In simple rooms, guests will find an unexpected discovery: the bathroom is not separated from the room. If you carefully look at the photo gallery of rooms on the hotel's website, then you can "guess" in advance, but this is not specifically indicated in any way. So this is an ideal option for travelers to acquire a new unique experience.

Unfortunately, I don't really have anything to compare hotels directly in Istanbul with, but I can say that they look very similar. You can definitely say about the rooms, they are clean, very polite staff, excellent location, close to all attractions. We had a room with a view of the Bosphorus, but this is a specific view, first the roofs of the neighboring outbuildings open to the eye and the strait is visible in the distance. There is a sufficient choice for breakfast, the cook prepares an omelet or fried eggs, greens, sweets as standard with you. I liked the honey in the honeycomb. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio of the service is decent, I recommend it.

We were on a business trip, we booked double rooms with a separate bed in advance, in fact we lost a couple of hours at the reception, in order for the company of 18 people to solve the issue! The room itself is very small, the sink is not fenced with a door, the toilet and bathroom are right in the room - doors and partitions frosted glass😅 overall, the service is good, the breakfast buffet is varied!

Супер отель в самом центре старого города, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Персонал вежливый. Ресторан на крыше посетите обязательно. Оттуда очень красивый вид на Стамбул.

Отвратительное гостеприимство, понятие как ранний заезд отсутствует. Мы приехали в 4 утра, нас заставили ждать до 14 часов или платите 100€. Так как все спят и номер наш не готов.

Удобное месторасположение, чистые номера, очень приветливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки.
Мы были там 3 дня . С 3.12.18 по 6.12.18 и остались довольны.
