I bought a sofa 2 years ago, the Hetta model, my friends highly recommended the company, and the design is attractive. Initially, the sofa was a bit of a backlash, but I did not attach importance to this, the sofa is still expensive.
A little more than a year later, the sofa was already creaking at full volume. I contacted the company, they gave me the phone number of the service center. I recruited in June, after long breakfasts we arrived only at the end of July.
But six months later, the sofa creaks again, as if even with more force, I will call the service again, I hope this time faster
We haven't had time to buy anything yet, but in contrast to one state furniture salon, I want to leave a review: very competent, pleasant, polite, responsive consultants, I talked with several! They explain everything carefully and patiently, tell and show it. A friend recommended it and, at least at this stage of communication with the store, I see that it is not in vain.
