An order is not generated to be received in a single store. There weren't many people, I picked it up quickly, each order was accompanied by A4 documents in two copies, it's not very convenient to sign at the checkout. Why not make a receipt using a QR code. There are no free bags for packaging products, only for pennies. It's nice to make a purchase and have it packaged in a branded bag.
I came to buy perfumes, they consulted me, it seems that the smell has not yet been revealed more or less, but I also liked others. I came home and put the bottle on. After a couple of weeks, I used it and realized that after opening it, there was a very different smell. I started to figure out what and how. As a result, the perfumes recommended by the sales consultant are women's! Not men's, not unisex, but women's!!! As a result, the money was thrown away!!! 450r. ($130). It's hard to find a worse place. The storefronts are a mess, the makeup testers are so dirty that it's unpleasant to even touch them. OPENED PACKAGES! How is that even possible? I placed an order through IM with pickup from this store, after registration and payment, an employee of m-na called me back (if I'm not mistaken, Karina) and notified me that 1 product from the order was purchased, the 2nd product did not meet the requirements (the integrity of the package was violated). To my question, how can they solve this problem so that the client is satisfied, they answered me, in no way! According to the principle - if you want such a product, go yourself and buy it or place an order again (and the fact that your money is stuck for 5-7 days and you need to wait for their return is nonsense!).
The result of the product is not paid, there is no money, the store employee allowed himself to talk to the customer in such a way that I was taken aback!
Under no circumstances will I visit any more stores of this chain, including THEM. I was happy to delete my account with them and I will not recommend this network to anyone from my friends and acquaintances!
P.S. The customer assistance hotline does not work! Don't even try to call, they won't help you solve the problem!
