Despite the bad experience with one of the administrators at the checkout yesterday, the network made a very positive impression! I would also like to thank Olga A., the sales consultant, who answered all my questions about the loyalty program very competently, politely and in detail, and also introduced me to one of the brands I am interested in. Thank you very much, I was satisfied, I wanted to come back to you for shopping, and I also hope you will have more great consultants like Olga A.! :) Question to the store management: couldn't the welcome points have been deducted as part of the 2 = 3 promotion? No one warned me in advance, I only chose the product in vain, the same girl at the checkout said that in this case the welcome points would not be deducted, i.e. I just wasted my time, I had to stop at one purchase instead of 3. I did not find such a restriction in the club card information on the website.

I picked up the order, placed it on the website, it is interesting that some product is in one of the three stores and it is necessary to pick up only in the one where it is available. An order is not generated to be received in a single store. There weren't many people, I picked it up quickly, each order was accompanied by A4 documents in two copies, it's not very convenient to sign at the checkout. Why not make a receipt using a QR code. There are no free bags for packaging products, only for pennies. It's nice to make a purchase and have it packaged in a branded bag.

I came to buy perfumes, they consulted me, it seems that the smell has not yet been revealed more or less, but I also liked others. I came home and put the bottle on. After a couple of weeks, I used it and realized that after opening it, there was a very different smell. I started to figure out what and how. As a result, the perfumes recommended by the sales consultant are women's! Not men's, not unisex, but women's!!! As a result, the money was thrown away!!! 450r. ($130). Support service "yes, yes, we understand you, we will call you back..."
