A good tour agency helped us book an excellent Golden sun hotel.
Especially, I want to highlight the tour operator Olga! Great support at all stages of booking and during the holiday itself there was always a connection. In case of changes in flights, we were kept informed of events and instructed on further actions. They immediately reported on the delay of the flight to Minsk and offered two options to choose from while waiting . A very responsible approach to doing the work - we were delighted with our vacation and cooperation with Olga's travel agent.

Thank you very much to the tour operator Olga for a wonderful holiday . We flew for the first time with small children . I liked everything very much . Olga told us everything in detail about the flight with young children and we were able to prepare in advance . The hotel is well chosen . Great food , warm sea , nice room . And we have invested in our budget and even less . We did a transfer and Olga helped to do it without additional surcharges . The departure date was also changed so that we did not lose a day and at a time when it is more convenient to fly with children . As a result , the departure and arrival were without delay . I really liked that there was always a connection . There was a question with the tour and even after the end of the contract Olga helps us to solve the problem . You can always count on feedback , for which I am very grateful ! We had a great rest and plan to make a reservation in the spring at this agency , because here you can really fly wherever you want and always stay in touch . The prices are very adequate, I was worried that there would be some surprises based on this , but they were only pleasant .Many travel agents said that they could only take 2 rooms with three children , and they filled the price directly . But there were no problems in this agency , we booked a good one room without any additional charges .

Good afternoon. In early December, we flew to Egypt, to Hurghada. I would like to note the well-coordinated work of the tour operator, everything was selected according to our requests. We wanted a bay, a good shore, and a reasonable price. All the issues we had were resolved immediately. And of course, we were lucky, our flight was delayed for two days, due to the ban on the use of airspace over Jordan. The tour operator was the first to inform us about this, she was in touch with us, she reported all the news. Everything is fine, two days later we were picked up by Turkish airlines and taken to Moscow. We lived at the expense of the company, of course.
Regarding the hotel ,,🌴 Tia Heights Makadi,,we liked it , the territory is large , plus a water park. The entrance to the sea is perfect , the sand , and you can see the corals a little further . You can walk 60-70 meters (along the neck), there are 3 restaurants, 2 canteens. Without an additional payment, we would have been settled behind the water park, but it turned out not far from the sea. We didn't swim in the pools, the sea is nearby. In the evening, you can't do without a sweater or jacket, and in the afternoon it was up to 27-29 degrees. The water temperature is 24-25 g. In general, we are happy with the trip.To plunge from winter into summer is very cool.
Next time we will definitely contact the same travel agency. Thank you.
