I've been there a few times, but I only liked the second one. We came purposefully for "Cubes" (square croissants), but there were none, we decided to choose something else from the menu. There was nothing to choose for our taste, except pince-nez. And they didn't regret it at all. It is very tasty, satisfying, and beautiful. Pinsu in Let IT be is highly recommended.

The staff is impolite, responds without enthusiasm and with a degree of disgust for visitors!
Freshly squeezed orange juice is clearly diluted with water, or made from oranges of the lowest quality!
"Turkish egg" consists of two poached eggs on a plate (one without yolk at all), two pieces of bread, red fish (in turn, exuding the smell of a freezer) and a fermented milk product smeared on a plate!
And at the end of breakfast, coffee was brought after the end of the meal (a few minutes later, after reminding the waiters)!

I had breakfast two days in a row. On the first day everything was fine, the rice porridge was excellent, the pizza was good, although it was cooked on a fluffy dough (do not warn), but there was not enough filling. The service is slow but good.
On the second day, the same porridge was frankly bad: first, it was served burnt with a characteristic smell, the rice was all boiled and sugar was not even thought of. The croissant with almonds turned out to be edible, but not at all fresh, the dough was very dry.
I had to eat anyway, because there was no time to look for something else. But I'm not coming back here anymore.

The man who came 10 minutes after we ordered (obviously a regular customer according to the format of communication) was served before us. As a result, they did not wait for their portions, which were not delivered to us and left. An unpleasant feeling, a spoiled mood.

During the trip to Minsk, we had breakfast at this institution twice. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Beijing Hotel.
They work in the morning, the menu is interesting, the dishes are very tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant.
The service is excellent, the administrator (Anastasia, in my opinion) is at the level of "God of customer orientation".
If we are ever in Minsk again, we will definitely come back.
