A great, peaceful place. The houses are very cozy - sleeping places and a bathroom with a shower stall. Air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, WiFi.
They provide a washing machine and an iron.
A shared kitchen with everything you need.
Swimming pool, sun beds on site. The barbecue area.
The sea, the beach is a 20-minute walk away. Shops and a cafe in 15.
On the tour, they drive right up to the houses - it is very convenient.
The evening "fragrance" was a little uncomfortable, but apparently this is a problem for the entire Alakhadze district. The mayor should think about solving this issue (the smell of burning garbage is such a pleasure).
I recommend the holiday homes myself, we had a wonderful time.

Good location-few vacationers.The sea is 15 minutes away, absolutely not far away, there are many grocery stores and cafes along the way, the prices are adequate.The territory is well maintained, there is a swimming pool-a great bonus,clean rooms,helpful staff and the owner Rustam, great greetings from St. Petersburg😂
The only negative, the wafting evening scent of incinerated garbage, seems to have even begun to get used to.In general, we had a great rest, thank you!

Not the Maldives, of course, but quite well. The view of the mountains is amazing. Everything is clean, a shared kitchen, one shelf in the refrigerator, 10 minutes to the sea. The sea is gorgeous. The territory has its own swimming pool, clean, but you need to change the deck chairs. Apparently they were tinted and all the paint remains on the body. Thank you for the hospitality, rest on a solid four.
