The houses are nice, very cozy, clean, the font is gorgeous.
Of the cons: very late breakfast and tasteless, breakfast is 3 out of 10.
Of the advantages: the service in the restaurant is good, the food (except breakfast) is quite tasty. Mattresses in the cabins are comfortable
Calm, quiet, pleasant rest.
The horses are gorgeous, it's worth a ride.
But I do not recommend bungee jumping to anyone, not professionals, it is quite traumatic. She left with injuries.

Let's try structurally.
Glass House for 4 people is an illusion. It's just to sleep there - the four of us can sit downstairs if only on the bed. Of the four beds, two beds will be on the mezzanine - two teenagers 180 and 170 cm tall slept there. They had to literally crawl down the stairs-they can't even sit down. So a house for 4 people is very conditional.
Territory. Obviously, the construction has not been completed – decking made of boards between the houses, in which the wheels of a baby stroller get stuck. The great honor of the territory is just the soil. Landscaping works continue to this day (06/23/2024). From entertainment - ATVs, horses, something like a playground. It is optimal for two parents and a couple of children aged up to 10-12 years old to go, older children will already be bored. I would especially like to mention the excellent football field. The swimming pool on the territory is 2 by 4 meters, more suitable for a sauna / steam room – just take a dip. There is a small bungee jump, a pair of swings and a trampoline.
Restaurant. Almost all the menu is Asian cuisine. A couple of dishes with an eye to European, but no more. But there is some kind of wine selection. The service is normal, they cook something quickly, something for a very long time. The breakfasts are quite good.
It takes 20-25 minutes to get to Borovoe Lake, the "Forest" itself is located almost immediately at the highway to Astana, there is nothing around – no store, no pharmacy. Other lakes are also half an hour away by car.
Communication - Activ/Kcell practically does not work on the territory, and local WiFi is out of the ordinary. If you come for a week and need to work, forget it.
