We had a rest in this guest house in early July. A quiet, secluded place (compared to Gagra and New Athos). Great view from the shared balcony. It's a long walk to the sea, but it's perfect for those who like to walk. The nearest beach is almost deserted, which is a plus.
The very convenient location of the hotel is ideal for those who travel by car! It is convenient to get to all the attractions. The rooms are good, the reasonable price corresponds to the quality.

We booked the hotel in August 2024. It is not within walking distance to the sea and the town of Pitsunda, as described. Suitable only for motorists. As a result: they took a fine of almost 5 thousand for booking, and put them out on the street, without overnight accommodation. I do not recommend this hotel for tourists without a car.
