I bought goods at Timiryazev's address on 9/11, faced with the absolute incompetence of the branch director, rudeness and gaslighting in the presence of other customers. I do not advise buying pet products because the organization does not guarantee the quality of the goods and does not put the buyer in anything, communicating with the client in a boorish manner, without letting him say a word, interrupting and not operating with any law. I have to go to court to refund 90 rubles because the scratching post house broke after a couple of months of use.
