My husband and I love this cafe very much, we often come to dinner. Stylish and beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, quite tasty cuisine (today in Polotsk, this is not often found). The most important thing is the work of the staff, the girls are all so wonderful, already like family. They are always friendly, smiling, and serve very quickly. It's just that there has never been a negative, in all the years since the discovery. A couple of things that I would like to change is that salads are served in salad bowls, and not on flat plates, it's completely inconvenient to eat like this. We have talked about this many times, but nothing has changed. I hope after this review, the cafe management will meet you halfway. And secondly, to update the menu a little, add some new salads, snacks, etc. Please respect your regular customers.

It is a very cozy place, the service is fast, the waiters are very attentive, polite, friendly. The varied menu, everything we tried, was very pleasant. Of all the cafes in Polotsk that we visited, we liked this one the most! Amazing cheesecakes and delicious coffee in the morning. At lunch, excellent pancakes, dumplings, I really liked the Hetman salad and the cold brew.

I ordered khinkali. In one of the three, the meat was frozen. You can't even mash it with a fork, into the bone. I agreed to additional cooking of the remaining two pieces. Boiled in water without a hint of salt (tough for receptors). I would call the meat pate. As a result, I was left hungry, it was impossible to eat. I was hoping for an apology as a dessert, buns, tea.. I would be happy with a new portion, but..The waiter kindly took the tip, and that was it. I haven't had such fun yet.

In my opinion, the score is too high. Dumplings with not bad meat, but not even molded, but through a board like a honeycomb. The four-course dumplings were the most delicious. Khinkali is not good, the shingles are frankly not tasty, in butter, the declared creamy sauce turned out to be mayonnaise for the chicken)) the chicken is flat, dry.

The name of the cafe invites you to have lunch, but unfortunately, there were no dumplings available at all. We ordered other dishes, generally not bad, but I recommend taking assorted pickles together - cucumbers are soft and tasteless. We returned in the evening, we already had dumplings, it was delicious.

Были проездом 06.04.2023. Заскочили на обед сугубо ориентируясь по оценкам и отзывам посетителей. Очень уютное, душевное место. Приятная. Не навязчивая музыка играет на фоне. Персонал выше всяких похвал, приветливые, улыбчивые. Брали обеденное меню и все что мы заказали кроме чая и кофе (чай, кофе не заказывали) просто потрясающе вкусное!!! Мало того, принесли все на столько быстро что мы даже не успевали замечать. Драники не полуфабрикат, заслужили отдельно упоминания! По ценам вообще копейки. Очень рекомендую всем кто не знаком с городом заехать в данное заведение. Огромное спасибо за отличный обед!

Это отличное место домашней кухни. Пельмени, не побоюсь этого слова- лучшие! Таких я уже лет 10 не ела. Приятная атмосфера, вежливый персонал. Готовят быстро. Цены очень радуют. За две порции пельменей, щи, овощной салат с слабосоленной форелью отдали около 900₽. Мясо действительно мясо.

Отличное кафе, ребята! У нас с друзьями посещение его стало традицией. Очень уютно и красиво, музыка на любой вкус, ассортимент блюд шикарный, сервировка и подача на высоте, приготовлено вкусно, порции внушительные, цены приемлемые! Все сотрудники кафе доброжелательные. Особую благодарность хотим выразить администратору кафе Наталье! Сразу видно, что человек влюблён в свою работу!
Очень бы хотелось, чтобы кафе расширило свои площади: была бы возможность создать танцпол. Мы,правда, умудряемся потанцевать и на существующей площади, но хотелось бы свободы, когда танцуешь)))
Огромная благодарность создателям этого уютного уголка для приятных встреч с друзьями!

We were watching the show "On knives" with Konstantin Ivlev and we wanted dumplings so much that we ran to look for such a place in the city. And to our surprise, it was found!! We ran like a bullet to the "Sculpt Ourselves" to enjoy a wonderful dish! Many thanks to the friendly waiter and the kitchen for the quick serving and bombically delicious dumplings! Быстрое обслуживание, вкусная еда.
Приехали с семьёй в Полоцк, в Яндексе нашли место где можно пообедать. Выбрали кафе "Лепим сами" Очень понравилось. Вкусные пельмени с соусом Терияки, ну очень вкусно..
Спасибо персоналу за вкусно приготовленную еду и за быстрое и вежливое обслуживание.

We bought into the good reviews and came to dinner when we were in Polotsk. Digested Khinkali, you can't take hold of the tail. The taste is average. The refrigerator is more or less, but it is difficult to spoil it. Many items on the menu were not available. And the menu itself is so well-worn that it's a shame to serve it to guests.
In short, we just ate at the end of a busy day. They wouldn't come here anymore

there is an intentional amount of vegetable oil in the plate, they asked to change the portion, as a result, they removed the oil from this portion with a spoon.... Probably people do not understand how you can cook delicious dishes without vegetable oil, which is extremely not useful for the body!

ЭТО разве можно есть?? Пельмени и манты отвратительные. Тесто серое и клецкое. Пельмени не ручной лепки! В меню на картинках красивые, ручные пельмени, жаль не сделали фото! Вы ЭТО сами лепите?? Правда?? Лучше заказывайте где-нибудь... Честно говоря, были немного ошарашены... Не первый раз ездим в Беларуссию и такой отвратной еды не встречали! Заказывали порцию драников, порцию драников с мясом, овощной салат, порцию пельменей (200г) и манты с сыром 2шт, чай. Драники нормальные. За это все 43 руб)) Охохох, 1200 российских рублей коту под хвост!! Откуда такой ценник в этой забегаловке?? В общем, тяжело передать все наши ощущения.. Будьте аккуратны! Обходите это заведение стороной! Были 13.09.23.

Pork dumplings are more juicy . In general , I am happy , I recommend it to everyone who is in the city for the first time !!!

Огромное спасибо вам от туристической группы из Молодечно. Мы здесь и завтракали и обедали. Очень уютное место, домашняя еда. Все блюда очень вкусные и порции огромные!Приветливые девушки-официанты. Заехали на обед по пути из Гродно в Псков. Кафе очень порадовало разнообразным не только обычным меню, но и обеденным. Всё было очень вкусно. Спасибо большое персоналу за отличный обед.

Всегда заезжаю, когда в Полоцке. Вкусные пельмени, быстрое обслуживание, летняя веранда. Можно купить замороженных пельмешей с собой! Хорошие первые блюда! Всë супер. Адекватный ценник.

Ещё никогда так не расстраивалась. Примерно год назад была здесь и кушала вкусные хинкали, а вечером 16 августа, получила перевапренное непонятно что. Хвостиков нормальных нет, за них не возьмёшься , тест разбухшее, как будто его переварили. Мясо... вообще стоит промолчать. Как будто паштета навалили. Специи, зелень что были год назад исправились в небытие. На жалобу администрации, в ответ получила " ну вы же понимаете, повар поменялся ". Не извинений , ни каких либо действий не получила. В ответ сказала "ну вы же можете как то передать жалобу вашему повару?"
Сказали "ну он же поменялся, девушка, что вы от мен хотите"

Небольшое кафе на центральном бульваре города. Парковка вдоль дороги. Вкусные жареные пельмени с курицей. Со свининой - меньше понравились. Салаты - приносят большие хорошие порции. Вкусный цезарь.

I give five stars for dumplings, the only place in Polotsk and Novopolotsk where they make normal dumplings. I recommend it! You can also buy a takeaway. The institution itself is an old collective farm, no offense to the staff, the staff is responsive and good.
