I always order with delivery, and every time I receive fresh, beautiful bouquets. Florists create compositions that exactly match the description and photos on the website. I am especially pleased that the flowers keep their freshness for a long time – roses stand for 10-14 days, which for me is an indicator of quality.
The online ordering process is very convenient: a clear website, quick response from managers to calls and messages. Delivery is always carried out exactly at the specified time, the couriers are polite and accurate.
Despite the fact that the prices are not the lowest on the market, I consider them quite justified for such a quality of services. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who appreciates good service and high-quality flowers, even if they order remotely.
My husband ordered a bouquet through the website on February 14th. I ordered from another country! the bouquet is not cheap 140 rubles + 17 rubles delivery, in fact, a bouquet of a completely different composition and price criterion arrived, I understand everything, the hype, the flowers have run out, but at least the changes would have been agreed. The bouquet is beautiful, but clearly not the stated amount. The florist reserves the right to make changes to the composition, so at least coordinate the changes with the customer and stick to the amount that the customer has already paid you’
I ordered bouquets twice, the first time I was nervous, but the bouquet was delivered, and the second time I refused, I wasted my nerves and time.
There are no flowers and bouquets for sale, so they offer to replace the flowers and packaging. What could have come out of all this in the end was not shown. The price was not announced, time was wasted. I'm waiting for them to show me an incomprehensible bouquet, but they put me in front of the fact that the delivery time has shifted by another three hours. Complete misunderstanding and inattention to the customer. All my consumer rights have been violated.
