The hotel is very decent. The location is certainly not very good. However, the rooms are clean and cozy. The main thing is that you can't hear the noise of the city and the hustle. The price tag is acceptable. The only thing that is a little annoying is the noise of the air conditioner, but in the Philippines all conduits of this type (. are inserted into the window).
We stayed one night on the way to Malapascua, because the Northern Bus Terminal is within walking distance from the hotel. For its price, it is a very decent hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, cozy and have everything you need. The only drawback is the thin exterior walls, street sounds are audible. It is also worth noting the fact that on some maps the location is slightly off to the side, so we drove past 2 times by taxi at night. I would love to go back there again for a walk around the city. PS - there is a gun store nearby, but I couldn't look in because of the schedule of the trip, I regret it.
