Very good prices for its location. But there is one feature: for the same price you can get both a spacious 20-meter room with a separate bathroom, and a one-room six-meter cubicle with a sliding old door to a combined bathroom. In general, a normal three-piece is worn but clean. It's the best thing in its day.
