We discovered this restaurant for ourselves. They cook very well. The portions are large. The prices are adequate. The rolls are bombed. We are quite sophisticated tourists and probably these are the most delicious of those that we ate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the fast service and delicious dishes.

If you like Italian and Japanese cuisine, then you are welcome here. The best place in Sukhumi to eat pizza and rolls. Well, delicious salads at the same time. We had a salad with caramelized eggplant and a salad with goat cheese and avocado. Both are very tasty! Goat cheese is just airy, the consistency is more like mousse. The rolls are huge and also very tasty.

We were at the restaurant on August 13. Several times before that. In principle, this is the only place where we go to eat in Sukhum, even if we stay in other hotels. But the service in the morning and in the evening is strikingly different. In the evening, they forget about what courses and simultaneous submission are. A restaurant of this level should be aware of this and comply with it. My husband was brought 2 dishes (both hot, at the same time), should I sit and watch him eat or should he sit, wait for my dishes, and let him cool down? Then I have 2 hot ones at the same time (warm salad, pizza). How to break up and choose which dish is hot as it should be, and which is cold and already tasteless? The husband has the same thing. Tea is 10 minutes after my meals. A separate impression is a disgruntled waiter girl who constantly clucked and spoke out about other guests who come in full boarding and are upset that they did not find a place. For example, 2 girls asked permission to sit at our table. there were 2 of us, the table was for 6. We had already eaten half the dishes, we didn't mind, we would have calmly closed the account, and other guests at the end of the table would not have prevented us (the girls asked very much, they had an important event, but the waiter refused them with comments "this is one table, it's already crazy they came down." And all this with the appropriate facial expression. Before that, another campaign passed by her while she was busy, sat down at a table, the girl also gifted them with eye drops and similar comments. If there are no hostesses at the entrance who distribute visitors, and there are armor plates on the tables, of course, similar situations will arise when visitors sit down at a reserved table. In general, such a staff spoils the impression (it is 50/50 distributed), fast serving of dishes, all at once and not according to courses. It's as if they are doing everything to make the visitors eat faster and leave. I'm not coming here to fill my stomach and run away faster. And to relax and enjoy both the dishes and the atmosphere. It is also very cold inside. The service is much more pleasant at breakfast. If you have a "fever" in the evening due to a full landing, you should think about expanding or reorganizing the staff so that you do not lose this quality. There are no complaints about the dishes

Leon restaurant is one of the pleasant memories of a vacation in Abkhazia. This place combines refined interior, hospitality and delicious dishes. The only thing to enjoy your stay here is to book a table in advance, as every day there is a full boarding at the restaurant. Unexpectedly, but it's not so easy to get into good establishments in Sukhum, you can say a queue😂 But we were lucky twice, the tables were free. The service is friendly, the range of dishes is quite diverse. You can pay both in cash and by card. The outdoor area is glazed to the floor. The prices are reasonable. We lived in a suite with a large veranda. Everything is very beautiful, comfortable, there is a Jacuzzi and a large table on the veranda for gatherings.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty. The price tag of a relatively large Russian city is adequate.
But the most important thing is the architecture of Sukhum. It is incredibly beautiful, a couple of minutes from the hotel to the embankment and such beauty! The city is not disfigured by a new model, and the new buildings are correctly inscribed in the "face" of the city.
Beautiful, stylish residents. The pleasant silence on the embankment is amazing, you walk and there is no deafening music, you can hear the interlocutor.
There are a lot of street dogs, but they didn't bother us. They react strongly to cyclists.
I don't know how it is in Sukhum in summer, but it is fabulous and warm.

I celebrated my birthday there on the day of check-in at the Leon hotel (I booked a table three days in advance just in case and was not mistaken, in the evenings there is a full boarding in the restaurant, including on the summer terrace) . It was nice to receive a compliment from the restaurant and the hotel in the form of a super tasty and large piece of meringue pie and a bottle of champagne. Plus, the restaurant was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it helped my friend organize the transfer of a basket of flowers from her (a friend was in Spain at that moment). I will immediately note almost all the dishes are delicious and unusual, but it is overshadowed by the fact that you can smoke in half of the halls. The summer veranda is glazed, the air conditioner is working and for some reason you can smoke, some kind of wildness. Dear restaurant owners, smoking is not allowed indoors, mostly on the veranda there are families with children who become passive smokers and it is difficult to eat your wonderful dishes with pleasure.

We were in this hotel for only two days, specially came to celebrate my sister's birthday. We lived in a suite on the second floor. The room was clean and had everything you need to stay: slippers, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, shaving kit, soap, comb, hair dryer, tea, sugar, 1 b of water. The whole set was replenished daily. Towels were changed and wet cleaning every day.Thanks to the maids for cleanliness and order! The staff is all responsive, sensitive, attentive.
The breakfasts at the hotel were very tasty and consisted of 4 courses. There were 2 porridges to choose from. Then there was always an omelet. At one breakfast there were pancakes and fresh vegetables, at the other cheesecakes and cottage cheese. Always bread, butter and cheese. And a choice of drinks tea, coffee, cocoa or juice.
In the evening, when we went down to the restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday, the restaurant staff congratulated her. They brought a bottle of champagne and a cake. Special thanks to the chef for the most delicious dishes! And to our waiters Alexander and Alexandra.
