I recently bought a laptop here. Responsive sellers. They patiently explained everything, as I immediately indicated that I was completely ignorant in terms of technical characteristics. Even Damir, who is responsible for the maintenance of the devices, intervened in the conversation and assured them that "if anything happens, everything will be fixed." After that, he and I saved a spider that had crawled into the store from the street. In general, they are compassionate and responsive guys. I am satisfied.
I bought laptops for children, the sales consultant was somehow incompetent, could not figure out the assortment of goods that he sold. The installed operating systems and drivers on both computers sat crookedly, and money was spent for this service, and there should have been no problems with laptops! But they, the problems with the laptops, appeared literally the next day after the purchase! It didn't work out so well.
Freaky customer orientation: the site is prehistoric, there are no messengers for communication between TG and WA. The Insta is not responding, calls are not being answered. I've been near the store several times and wanted to go in, but it was closed. I am sure that no one will ever respond to my review.
