I was supposed to be picked up at 7.30. The woman at the agency warned that they might be 15 minutes late. It's okay, this is normal for Turkey. As a result, I was picked up at 8.20. And if they had told me without my phone numbers to the office "You will be picked up at 8.20", I would have been a little angry, but on the whole I would have had a quiet breakfast, drank coffee to my heart's content. Instead, I just had to wait. The manager apologized at first, but when I noticed that I could just warn about the correct time, she also started hitting on me, "This is Turkey. And it's not my fault at all, it's other tourists who overslept, and how do you behave, you don't respect your elders" (yes, how could I even be outraged by poor-quality service)
Okay, I was hoping for a good tour. But there is a failure here too. Tours are usually bilingual. Okay, the guide couldn't connect 2 words in English - I'll get over it - but she didn't tell me much in Russian either, "They'll give you all the information on the boat." We rather guessed that we needed to follow her than she explained that it was very easy to get lost somewhere - and there was a crowd of tourists there. The walk itself was boring. 2 facts about the canyon and the reservoir. The bathing place is cool.
Then lunch. I have never left the Turks hungry, but not this time! If I had had a normal breakfast at the hotel, it would not have been critical. Although in general, there was fish or chicken for lunch (this is quite OK), then they threw a little pasta on the plate, as if it was a pity, and when I asked to put more, they looked as if I was eating them. It's the same with the salad. And that's it - walk for an hour, you can swim (after eating - it's logical), go fishing (where to get gear, apparently, you need to pry again).
The way you interact with your counterparties should not concern customers, because they pay you the money and it is logical to ask you specifically. It's just disgusting! Turn around and find another place!
I was in a hammam from this company LENA KEMAL TOUR. Everything is very well thought out, I was warned that the driver may be late if someone from somewhere of the tourists is delayed when boarding. But he arrived on time and everything was top-notch. Thank you very much to this company. I will only address THEM.

Покупали экскурсию на квадроциклах, поехали два часа в пути черт знает куда и там и там колонной на очень медленной скорости как в детских аттракционах покатались... ужас
