Hello! I want to share my impressions about LEMO PARK We visited this institution for the first time, with my husband and 2 sons. Previously, we enjoyed going to the corn) Let's start in order, wardrobe... well, if you can call it that, there's very little room, there's nowhere to sit, it's on the aisle, between the entertainment center (RC) itself and a small dining room, there's an entrance right there, I'll note without a vestibule, i.e. we open the door and immediately get into the wardrobe, respectively, all the cold air is there, the children are all wet They run from the RC to the dining room, undress and dress accordingly, they still need iron nerves... of course, there are no separate scales, no one is responsible for things 😬that is, we take everything with us😕 Then we pay, we go into the RC ... I do not dispute that there is not a little of everything, but there is catastrophically little space to just walk quietly, not to mention when the children start running... Let's start with the pros, bungee, and a sharp slide, and that's probably it. The rest is the same as everywhere else... but the maze is too small... trampolines too, and they sink in a lot, it's not convenient for children to jump, there's a pool with soft cubes next to the trampolines, which we appreciated in corn, but it's all mercilessly small, so it's also a minus... besides, parents can't go on trampolines, but we have fun with the children, so it's important for us... We go on climbing, it wouldn't be bad if at least someone came to equip the children for all our time... but no, this is apparently not provided for, the children climb themselves, of course not successfully, they fall, and as I understand it, only parents should follow this.... so this is also a minus... the biggest minus is DIRT, it's just TERRIBLE!!!! There is a layer of dust everywhere in the toilet, on the doors, on the shelf, the sink is covered in hair and dust ... Because of the inscription on the doors, keep clean, because children use the toilet🤯 I'm sorry, but how often do you clean there??? Okay, the kids are having fun, let's be patient From the very first minutes, my husband began to whine from all this situation: are we here for a long time??? Well, I think we need to feed him, he will be kinder))) We go to the dining room, the room has been taken away for this case a lot, it would be better to leave more under the RC 😕 and so the menu is not painted that this or that dish is included, the dishes themselves are not signed, the husband is already pale🙈okay, we turn our attention to the children, we are looking for a children's menu, pizza, sausages in dough, French fries, nuggets I don't know what it's all about, and I'm already missing... Okay, with grief, we chose pies for the children, some salad for my husband, something hot... coffee is my sorrow 3in1😬 tea bags💆♀️ the food is of course dietary no salt no pepper no spices😅 Honestly, if it hadn't been for the sharp slide where we had to go with the kids because it was made of metal and the kids were wearing shorts, the review would have been obscene. Thanks to the kids for dragging us there, relieving our tension.

I'll start with the fact that our family (me, my husband, my son) have been there 3 times since we live nearby and it's the closest, we weren't satisfied with everything there, but we still went and turned a blind eye to this filth, unsanitary conditions, and the leadership that walks and makes a remark, it's impossible, it's impossible ( a child who is 1.5 years old does not really understand the word impossible) Today, 12/22/24, we decided to go once again, we came, we approach unsuspectingly, I tell the cashier the girl has 1 child, she put a stamp on the pen, I want to pay 2500 thousand for the child, and she tells me + 1500 thousand for accompanying the 2nd person, I have never had such a stupor before, I have her I ask since when it is necessary to pay such an amount, to which she tells me it has always been like this, but I know perfectly well how it was, I ask you to invite the administrator. A girl comes, I ask her a question from what date it is necessary to pay 1,500 thousand tng for a second parent, to which the administrator does not clearly tell me yes, these are the rules, I say well, from what date tell me, what they don't tell me, she looks at me in silence, she can't connect two words, then the girl When she sees that the situation is escalating, she calls another administrator, supposedly the senior one.🤣 I say okay, call everyone, and then I have a matter of principle, another admin comes and then the most absurd thing I saw begins, I greeted her and asked her the same question, "From what date do I have to pay for a second parent + 1,500 thousand tng" She looks at me, I look at her next, she looks at the cashier and doesn't understand anything, like I asked a simple question, and she asks the cashier what makes you think that, the cashier is smiling, I'm standing in shock at all what's going on, I'm already laughing, and then this 3rd admin says so Stop it! I'm all ears, I thought she's going to say it like the price list is one child and come in, but she says 2500 entrance for a child of one parent and 2500 for a second escort, and then my jaw dropped, I don't understand what's going on, and the cashier says yes 2500 now.I have no words, if there really would be something to pay for, there would be no questions, but yes, I forgot in their price list it is not indicated where, not in the institution itself, not on the Instagram page. I got the impression that the staff is making a lot of money in their pocket. I draw a conclusion from all this, play there yourself (admins) I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, EVERYTHING IS DISGUSTING!!!!
