Disgusting, incompetent specialists. When contacting the service station for suspension diagnostics, I voiced disturbing problems, after conducting a "diagnosis" (the master looked like a car with a tire iron), a conclusion was issued! When asked to replace the identified faults, the answer was "VIN does not beat" - they refused! I changed the specified spare parts at another service station, the old ones were given away, they said when the new ones fail, you will put your BU (in good condition!!!) Conclusion:
1. I have not met any specialists worse than a hundred;
2. Time spent;
3. Money spent for diagnostics;
4. Money spent on spare parts and their replacement;
5. Spoiled mood;
6. If you don't want to waste your money, don't come here!

And due to their workload due to the high demand for quality services, I was not ready to wait and walk without a car for about a week. There was an entry on the Lada Center the next day. I decided not to take any more risks with the timing belt, which survived all conceivable deadlines and had to be changed at the dealer at my own risk. I can say that in terms of the approach, the appearance of the service and the attitude towards the client and the machines, this is a team of professionals. In the process of work, another malfunction was found. I got a call and was asked to do this malfunction or not. They offered to order spare parts. I agreed because the cost of work and spare parts were adequate. When I picked up the car, there were old spare parts in the trunk, where it was clear that they already required repair.

They gave the car to replace the rear bearings, not only did they break the handbrake cable, they didn't even say that now the handbrake doesn't work. There is no one to make claims, they were motivated by the fact that he had rotted away, although he had recently passed tech.inspection and everything was fine. Go around this hundred !!!!
