I had a very good rest here, I slept well.
Relatively quiet (you can hear the river and cars in the distance).
It is located in the city center, very pleasant and at the same time unobtrusive owners (speak English), they have a very affectionate and intelligent dog-cloud.
A very old house, which may not be very comfortable, but staying in such a place is an interesting experience.
There is a stove, a refrigerator, a stove and the most necessary utensils.
There are almost no insects.
Of the disadvantages, only very high humidity and old repairs. Because of this, it will be uncomfortable to stay here for more than a couple of days.
But this is a great place to come for a weekend as a country house and relax in the summer from the heat

An atmospheric hotel with its own nuances. First about the pros:
- very nice house, with parking, though small;
- hospitable and responsive hosts who will help solve any situation;
- friendly dogs in the yard of the house (although for some it may be a minus);
- very close to the exit from Dilijan and various cafes;
- cozy rooms with their own atmosphere;
- free cancellation on booking;
- wifi in the room (but it happens with failures, it's not the fault of the hotel, but the specifics of the local network).
And now about the cons:
- the most important thing is the insects in the room. Some bugs and spiders, for people who are afraid, will become a great discomfort and will not allow you to fully enjoy your vacation;
- payment in cash only;
- the owners speak only English;
- lack of a normal shower, as the shower is installed simply in the toilet, even without a separate area (pictured);
- pretty cool rooms (we were in October, it was cold at night, but the owners gave a heat gun, which saved well);
- there is no possibility of breakfast, but there is a stove in the room, however, there are no dishes. Perhaps there is some kind of zone on the 2nd floor, but we were on the first.

We were met by the pleasant owner of the house with his wife, who treated us to coffee - they speak only English, they have a wonderful dog, very affectionate. The house is about 130 years old and it feels, in a good sense of the word. I really liked the style of the house, as well as the antique wooden furniture, there is a barbecue area with a gazebo.

Amazing villa atmosphere! In the center of Dilijan, but not down, so peace and quiet. The villa has a separate entrance, which is very convenient. Antique furniture, which is beautiful. It was autumn, so the eye was pleased with the colorful colors of the forest. Only 2 days, but we had a great rest!

Очень интересный отель. Все тут пропитано стариной- скрип дверей и кроватей, красивые мелочи интерьера, коврики, деревянная старая мебель, приятные глазу цвета.
Из минусов- грязные пыльные паласы и очень темное освещение в комнатах (не хватает лампочек), ужасная вонь в ванной из канализации (особенно утром). Щетки в стакане были от предыдущих жильцов.
Стирка в машинке 1000 драмм одна загрузка.

The location is convenient, the room is standard, but a very strange set of items: there is a turk and a waffle iron, but no kettle. There is a dog on the street that barks at 4 in the morning.
The rooms are very cold, the heating does not help, the room has not warmed up all night. The windows and door are wooden - there is no sound insulation.

Останавливались семьёй с детьми в шале на первом этаже, всё очень понравилось! Необыкновенно уютный дом, оформленный с заботой и любовью. Радушный хозяин во всём готов помочь. На территории очень тихо и спокойно, в доме тепло. Удобное место, в самом центре, но шума дорог не слышно

Категорически не рекомендую! Обманывают! В день заезда в 18:00 (менее, чем за час до заселения) прислали сообщение, что не смогут нас принять - похоже, пересдали наш номер. В итоге, вместо того чтобы любоваться природой по пути в отель, пришлось искать другой вариант размещения, за который мы очень много переплатили. Вдобавок, отель потребовал, чтобы мы сами отменили проживание. Испортили нам отдых! Чтобы вам не испортили, категорически не рекомендую этот отель!!!

Очень интересный аутентичный отель. Остановились на два дня. Управляющая говорит только на Английском. Мы жили в маленьком шале, внизу, а наши друзья в большом на 2 этаже. Хочется как в музее все рассматривать.
