A small place, the hookah man does not absolutely accept your request for a hookah, in the end they ask you to pay exclusively in cash, they say that the terminal does not work, after long negotiations and hassle they offered to go somewhere and withdraw the required amount from the ATM!!!it took a long time to explain to the staff of this institution that there should be an announcement at the entrance that payment is only in cash, which I think is not quite Adequate in the world of new technologies)we will not go there anymore, the rating in Yandex is definitely unrealistic, it is clear that it was set for a free hookah!
