We rested in this recreation area in July 2023.
Among the advantages: delicious breakfasts (were included in the price of the house), the possibility of renting with a dog, friendly staff, generally pleasant contingent, access to the beach, abundant vegetation of coniferous trees.
Of the cons; quite old houses, dying coniferous trees from the coastline, it's a pity for them, no one takes care of them.
In general, I liked everything, the trip can be called "nostalgia for the USSR".
BUT: comparing it in general with places on the south coast, I definitely recommend it. The price/quality ratio is the best!

A nice quiet place, a former pioneer camp. Not expensive. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The first line from the beach, 100 meters to the beach. I advise you for a quiet family vacation.

Cheaper than on the north shore, few people. Those who do not need entertainment will definitely do!
